First time hiking to this waterfall just outside the twin cities in Hastings, MN. One of several simple study shots to help with more interesting compositions planned in the future...Will definitely be coming back here for photographs throughout the year...
Another view that I felt was worth taking a pause in my run for. Though I say so myself, I do like the silhouetted forest and the dark tones of the sky and water, with just a tinge of orange sunset remaining.

Taken with my Sony A6000 with a Sony 55-210mm lens. During an evening drive, I glanced back in the rear view mirror and saw the castle ruins in silhouette and just had to stop and capture.
