OMG! Shraddha Kapoor attends badminton classes at 5am every day

Just a few days ago, we reported that prep for Saina Nehwal has started in full swing with Shraddha Kapoor playing the protagonist. It was also revealed that the actress had started training and taking lessons for badminton to play Saina along with the champion herself. Now we hear that she often ends up training in the morning for the film.

It is being said that Shraddha Kapoor takes badminton lessons every day at around 5 am. Talking about the same, the actress not only agreed to it but also added that she has already finished 32 classes and will start shooting once she is well-prepared to play the role. Furthermore, the actress also revealed about her new found love for the sport and how much she enjoys playing it.

Talking about playing Saina, Shraddha Kapoor is of the opinion that the she looks quite similar to the badminton star. According to her, their heads, and frame resemble with each other and she also believes that they can easily pass off as sisters. She also mentioned that they share the same star sign. She thanked Amole Gupte, who is directing the film, to have spotted the similarities and for signing her for the film.

The untitled venture will be shot in varied locations including Haryana where Saina Nehwal was born. In fact, during the recee, Amole Gupte met several family members as well as closed ones of Saina in order to script the film.

While Shraddha Kapoor is currently also simultaneously promoting Haseena Parkar, the actress has been sharing a few glimpses of her badminton training. On the other hand, Saina too has been giving many sneak peeks into the coaching sessions of Shraddha Kapoor including the ones where she is training with her.

Covid 19 Update – 13th May by Pure Care

Despite the confusion and ambiguity of the Prime Minister’s announcement on Sunday, the dental ‘powers that be’ have confirmed that nothing has changed since the latest advice promulgated on 27th March. The advice remains that there should be no face-to-face consultations – even for emergencies. I say this with great regret but, as far as I can tell, we will not be allowed to open until July 4th.

We will be available for telephone advice for any of our patients and will be able to do some limited prescribing by telephone.

In cases of serious emergency you are advised to contact the Local Urgent Dental Care system – details of which should be available from NHS 111.

So:

If you have a dental emergency or want some advice please call 07967 516056.

For almost all cases we should be able to offer advice on how to manage the problem and can prescribe the most commonly required drugs (painkillers and antibiotics).

For very serious emergencies we may have to refer you to the Local Urgent Dental Care system or to an A&E department.

For problems such as lost fillings, broken teeth and loose crowns or bridges there are emergency dental travel kits available (try Amazon or Ebay or larger BOOTS & SUPERDRUG stores). These contain a tube of cement and spatulas. The cement can be used to re-cement crowns and bridges or to fill cavities caused by a lost filling or broken tooth.

For re-cementing crowns/bridges:

Pick out any remnants of the old cement from inside the crown with a sharp pointed instrument and use a cotton bud to dry inside the crown and the tooth in your mouth (the cement will not stick to wet surfaces). Do not use much cement – just a smear around the edges is enough. Then place the crown/bridge into position and ‘jiggle’ it into place. Provided that it is in the correct position, you can then bite down on the crown with a soft pack (eg. tightly folded tissue or cotton roll) between the teeth to seat it completely. Then remove the pack and check your teeth bite normally. If it has not gone down properly, then do not force it. You will have to remove it, clean it again and start again. (You might try fitting the crown/bridge first without cement to practice the right position for it.)

For lost fillings and broken teeth:

Dry the cavity with a cotton bud and use the spatula to place a lump of cement into/over the cavity. Remove any obvious excess and then check your teeth bite normally before the cement sets (it will take a few minutes to harden). If you can’t find an emergency dental kit, then sugar-free chewing gum can act as an emergency temporary filling material.

Please note: If you have re-cemented a crown or bridge or placed your own temporary filling, it is essential that we see you at the practice as soon as we open for business. We further advise patients who have had any dental problems during the lockdown to have a dental check as soon as we open.

Ariana Grande Makes History As First Artist with Top 3 Songs Since The Beatles by Kevin Durkiin

Ariana Grande has achieved something that no other artist aside from The Beatles has ever done. Currently, three of her tracks off her new album thank u, next are reigning atop the Billboard Hot 100 (for the week of Feb 22) — at spots No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3.

Grande’s track “7 rings” takes the top spot for the fourth week in a row, followed by “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored,” and then the title track, “thank u, next.” To top it all off, her album thank u, next has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

She’s the first artist to hold the top three spots on the Hot 100 simultaneously since 1964. That’s when The Beatles took over with their hits “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Twist and Shout” and “Do You Want to Know a Secret,” respectively. At one point the group claimed the top five songs on the chart.

This year, Ariana Grande will headline Coachella and she’s expected at Lollapalooza as well.

Illenium Goes On Sudden Response Spree On Twitter, Fans Flood Him With Questions by Kevin Durkiin

Normally if an artist, celebrity, or athlete wants to answer fan questions on the internet, they’ll do a form of AMA: ask me anything. Platforms that support this vary from Reddit, where there’s an actual community for it; Instagram, where there’s a question button built in; or Twitter, where it’s admittedly a bit more messy. Then again, fans can just notice a public figure is answering lots of questions and start flooding the person with more! The latter seems to be the case with Illenium this past weekend.

Fans began pouring their questions to Illenium, who answered quite a good amount, a couple dozen at least. Sometimes, he wasn’t even answering questions at all, just responding to random fans who hadn’t even tagged him!
