Yippy! I finished my first SWAP piece, and even using stash fabric. :) 2/09 "swing" skirt. I really love it and I can't wait to wash my new fabric and make another one. I am sure they will be getting a lot of wear. The print happened to turn out pretty well simply by accident. I just grabbed a panel and serged it on but they ended up matching up pretty well.
My bland kitchen is pictured in the center - I need some quilty goodness :)

I volunteered to be an angel sender and I hope I am not the only one that fell a wee bit behind. Partner, I hope you like your supremely late goodies!
2 potholders, towel, and mugrug for my sutk partner. The towel, backs of potholders, and mugrug were pieced with scraps from making the wonky star blocks. More pictures can be found in my photostream.
disclaimer: This project may have been cursed. When I began sewing it. I was at a friend's house working on the star blocks. While I was there she received some bad news. Since then, I have screwed up something at every. single. step. in the process of making this stuff. Curse? Or ineptness? You decide, partner! If it's cursed, I apologize in advance for sending you cursed goods. Maybe I'd better include a four leaf clover or something in the parcel! haha
Este es el bello swap que Pachy me mandó, se mueren la dedicación y delicadeza que Pachy puso en cada detalle.

I received this thoughtful, delicate and simply wonderful package from Aldine from France. Merci beaucoup, Géraldine! Je l'aime! It was definitely worth the wait!
Sorry about the bad photo quality. Don't know what's wrong with my camera...or my photographing skills... ;)
Here's what I sent out... (Jelly Beans and Skittles, toy eyes, yarn, stickers, a few of my patterns, a mouse, a fox and a momiji doll - swaps are such fun!)
Sent: 7/11/09. Hey you go, Sinath! Loose regular memos and die-cut sheets (I think there's at least 200 there), a die-cut Ponet Room letter set, and a cute candy and sweets medium-sized deco tape. Let me know if that sounds good to you and I'll ship it out on Friday! If you don't like something or would like something else, just tell me!
Private swap with Rossi.
A little lot of Blythe dresses for her, as well I included a choco bar, local postcard, and cupcake mixed media piece :)
I made those for my swap partner from the "Books and more swap" @ Ravelry. The fabric basket is the actual gift. I just made a photo to show how you can use it :)
When I came home from work yesterday evening my neighbor brought me a swap parcel full of treasures from Anja @ Matilda's Design. Wow I was speechless when I opened all the pretty Vintage supplies, like woven borders, an old wooden spool with antique silver ribbon, gorgeous glass drops and crystals from a vintage chandelier, pretty shiny buttons, a bag full of pieces of braid, Vintage tree candle holders, sweet scenting honey candles, sheet music tags, Millinery flowers, a napkin with a beautiful Vintage Winter scene and last but not least a wonderful rose fabric covered inspiration board (see next photos), so much beauty! Dear Anja you spoiled me, it was like Christmas and I love every single piece, thank you so so much for your kindness and generosity!!!! xox Carola
Here are all 7 of the EtsyMetal Pendants. I still need to get them on a chain and start wearing them, but I think they're all wonderful!!!
Quilt group member, Cheryl, provided a fat quarter of black/white fabric to each group member. This is the block that I made for her.
