Chinese restaurant storefront, Chinatown-Toronto

My favorite building in historic downtown Galveston on Kempner St right off of the Strand. I’ve tried photographing it numerous times with the entire building in the frame. This time I zeroed in on just the details of the entryway that really accent the storefront.

Completed this last year but kept forgetting to post it. There is a book store and antique shop in the old brick building, while the modern unit houses a flower shop and apartment upstairs.

Be sure and check out the interiors on Brickbuilt.

I spent an hour or so waiting for a little perfumer to open up, but because it was the Feast of the Assumption, they never did. But this big snail was pretty amazing on this storefront.

I'm having trouble finding information about this building.
