Foundation stone was laid by Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Panaji MLA Sidhart Cuncolienkar along with others on 24th December 2016.
Project taken up under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) by the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC)
1.6 km promenade will have features such as a 3.5 mts wide cycle track etc

This was the second time we'd seen Quo at Oxford in a year. I have to point out that we are not among the faithful who follow them everywhere. The time I saw them before that was at Wolverhampton Civic in the mid-70's.

Nærmer seg dekkestøp på bygg 2.
Vi har stilt ca halvparten av dekkeforskalingen i plan 2. Grunnentreprenøren, elektrikeren og rørleggeren er snart ferdig med alle grøfter og rørføringer i grunnen. Så snart grunnen er ferdig planert blir det fullt fokus på resten av dekkeforskalingen, armering og støp.
Tidevannet har ikke tillatt støping i grunnen på bygg 3 denne uken.
Neste steg på bygg 3 er å støpe for å demme ute sjøen. For å få det til må fjæren være lav nok, men det skjer ikke før neste uke. Vi har planen klar, og skal få demningen på plass straks vannet er lavt nok. Dette må til for å sikre gode arbeidsforhold når vi skal støpe en vanntett konstruksjon som vil ligge under sjøen store deler av året.
