Inside of Sneaky Pete's restaurant in LeClaire, IA where Becky and I had supper on the way back to Lincoln from MediaWest*Con this past Monday. Their odd decoration theme included a vast collection of ties hanging from the ceiling, and business cards tacked to the walls. I didn't have one of either to contribute.
Update: Later learned that the tie tradition is a little more strictly enforced -- all the ties on display were "cut off" of their respective owners, as the restaurant has a "no ties" policy.
Peter was my absolute favorite server. He brought us drinks and taught us dirty Italian words. (This photo taken by another server named Arsenio.)

I'm so happy that we are engaged - the party itself had powerpoint presentations, FlickR slideshows, multimedia presentations, DJ Winamp music playlists, 60 kgs of pizza and 40 metres of garlic bread. Bluetooth devices, Bon bon bon bons, 480mb cache of googlemaps, 580L of coke and 300 white ballons (released to Amy Winehouse's "Rehab") - the Perfect Party: FNET Style.
