Onondaga Redhawks Brett Bucktooth (66) shoots and scores against the Six Nations Slash at the Onondaga Nation Arena near Nedrow, New York on Sunday, June 29, 2014. Brett accounted for two goals and six assists as the Redhawks posted an easy win over the Slash, 30-6.
The lighting in the Redhawks arena has always been challenging. This year the arena got a new green floor covering which added to the low light. Then I decided to shoot through the glass and, bingo, 10,000 ISO! Very thankful for Noise Ninja.

Slash is a custom order for a guitarist who wants him to sit on his amp during gigs. He's not quite finished yet, but I just wanted to show him off because I love him and he amuses me immensely!! ;)

After reading Slash's book I wanted to a piece on a quote from said book. 'Pay me in travelers cheques' was the outcome. Because Slash was born in England I used the UK spelling for both Travler and Cheques.
