simple plan played 3 shows in camden yesterday as part of their promo tour for their upcoming 3rd album.
i spent the day (drinking coffee and..) shooting the shows for a feature on a music site that'll be online at somepoint this week i think.
one shot for now though - david getting some air at the last show of the day in the electric ballroom..........
ps. and i just realised that everythings gone black and white lately! i dunno why that is, but i'll be sure to upload some super nice colourfulness from some of the shows i'm shooting this week!!

Amatissimi dal pubblico dei giovanissimi ma anche da quelli che trovano irresistibile la miscela tra pop e punk arriva per due data italiane uan delle band che maggiormente ha influenzato e continua a inflenzare il pop-punk, una band capace di vendere milioni di dischi e di crescere musicalmente assieme ai propri numerosissimi fans!
Da Montreal (Canada) ecco tornare in Italia gli amatissimi Simple Plan; band esplosa a livello mondiale all’inizio degli anni 2000 in contemporanea all’ascesa planetaria del pop-punk. Non a caso Simple Plan sono da considerarsi dei veri e propri alfieri di questo genere amato soprattutto dai giovanissimi, insieme a Blink-182, Green Day, Sum-41, All Time Low e Good Charlotte.
Dall'ultimo lp è stato estratto il singolo Jet Lag, un duetto con la cantante pop inglese Natasha Bedingfield. Il quintetto di Montréal è costituito da Pierre Bouvier (voce), Chuck Comeau (batteria), David Desrosiers (basso), Sebastien Lefebvre (chitarra) e Jeff Stinco (chitarra solista).
Il quintetto canadese arriva in Italia dopo le grandi esibizioni all’I-Day Festival del 2010 e del 2011 e dopo i numerosi sold-out fatti registrare nei club italiani (gli ultimi sono stati all’Alcatraz di Milano ed all’Estragon di Bologna).
