Sharing life with these two boys and Bailey...3 boys is aways entertaining, sometimes unpredictable and always make me smile. #cy365 #captureyour365

During a shoot I love creating a visual record of my setups & sharing them with you guys on my site. A couple of people have told me recently that they actually use my site as a reference for setting up shots while they are out on location. That's pretty humbling/awesome, thanks!
More on my blog.

Toby, hoping one of those dog cookies (yes, they really are dog cookies) will find it's way to his mouth.
He wasn't disappointed.

Two Lessons For the Children:
1. You should always share.
2. Don't play with matches unless you're doing macro photography.
This didn't turn out like I wanted it, but it came close.
I have been hesitant to share photos of friends and family. But these are pretty special. And my friends and I are not getting any younger.
Our friend threw a birthday party at his Scottsdale Airpark garage / warehouse. He had about 70 or his favorite cars here tonight. His other 250 cars are at the Clive Cussler Museum on Arvada Colorado.
I don't know classic cars and since this is his garage there were no descriptive monuments by each car. I just had to appreciate each as a mechanical beauty of its time.
This is one of Clive's favorite autos. Any help identifying this car will be appreciated. This is the one that they made into his birthday cake. I believe this is a 1937 Cord convertible Coupe.
"One of the most attractive and rarest variants of the 810/812 models was the convertible coupe Approximately 195 came out of the factory and only 64 were supercharged. This car features a 200 cubic inch L-head V-8 engine with a centrifugal supercharger, front wheel drive, independent front suspension and a solid rear axle. This car won its class at Pebble Beach in 2007."
I think that the car behind this is a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr V12 convertible but I could be completely wrong.

A Bakerloo Line train to Harrow & Wealdstone is seen arriving at Willesden Junction station. Between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone, the Bakerloo Line shares tracks with Overground trains running to Watford via the Watford DC Line. The differences in the rolling stock are stark: Underground trains use Metro-Cammell 1972 Stock from, obviously, 1972 whereas Overground trains use Bombardier Class 710 trains from 2017-2020. The large difference in floor heights between the two trains means that there is a ~12" step down into Bakerloo Line trains, and a few inch step up into Overground trains. This is clearly not conducive to level boarding for accessibility requirements, so I am curious to see how this is rectified in the future.

Our Daily Challenge 20-26 October : Does it Fit?
Ralph letting Tiffany into his bed is quite unusual, as he often gets up and lets her take it.
I put a stop to that as it is important for everyone to have a space to call their own.
Bill and I lunch at the Circles Waterside Cafe at Apollo Beach. We share an artichoke and goatās cheese dip and a spicy fish spread with pitta bread. Our beers are brewed just a few miles away by Cigar City Brewing.
The calm is returning, and so are the tourists and tourons!! It is much calmer here, other than some locals upset with the schedule to allow tourists to return prior to everyone that lives here on the islands getting their electrons back into wires where they belong and the place as a whole cleaned up.
Mainly because the tourists EXPECT it to be pristine ...because after all they paid for vacation. You would be amazed at the rudeness of those that come here expecting ( just 72 hours after a major hurricane) perfection. Parts of the islands will likely not reopen until spring...and obviously do not need crowds of gawkers looking on and getting in the way of clean up. I fully understand how they feel. It is an intrusion they can do without and there is not one person on these barrier islands that wants to hear your woes about how messy it is or how displeased you are that your meal server is slow or that there are no restaurants open for dinner. It amazes me to hear those people saying things that make them sound petulant and small, with no thought to the fact that their server may have just lost everything they own...yet are showing up to work and trying to act as though they are thrilled to death to serve you, with a tear in their eye as they walk back to put in your order. Instead of complaining about the mess, volunteer to help someone...offer a donation of cleaning supplies or a hot meal to those that are trying to make the most of a very bad situation, with no idea where they will live, work or get their next meal or when they can return to work because their children wonāt be going to school due to flooding and a missing roof, and they have no other option but to stay with them.
The locals here are pulling together and raising money for both Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke, to help ease the suffering that Dorian caused.
Several people are selling shirts with proceeds divided between Ocracoke Island and Hatteras...I ordered mine in Carolina Blue with the words COME HELL OR HIGH WATER and the proceeds going to tiny little Ocracoke. For the tourists that supposedly love these places, I hope they find it in their heart to donate and/or assist in a positive way and focus on those in need instead of just their vacation. Letās SHARE the Zen with everyone.
I always "love" to share my apple with my husband because I never seem to be able to eat a whole one.
Share, half you, half me. I like the nature color of fruits, from the odor, hearing, vision, smell and touch to become another type of spa food :-)
Sharing a bench in Trafalgar Square but not the joke...Just like the body language and different expressions.

She is very expressive with her eyes and she was telling me that she wanted some of my Jambalaya. As always I gave her some of what I had.
