I feel …Springsick, lately …like every January.. Therefore , I visited my Keukenhof Tulip Park precious files, in order to feel better, much better!!

 

I share with you today some Spring delights from these files .

 

This is the picture of both giraffes enjoying a meal at Tsavo West Game Reserve, Kenya, as I mentioned in the description of my photo entitled 'The Long Reach' (A few pictures back). They are enormous but extremely graceful animals and are one of our favourite animals.

Sorry I've been a bad Flickr friend. I've still been viewing your streams, and I'm still taking photos regularly, but I haven't had the chance to post them yet.

These are a pair of young sibling bears that have been put out by mom to be on their own. They will stick together for a while and then go their own way after gaining confidence. In this image the sister is sharing with her brother who then grabs the fish and takes off a few seconds later.

As many in Ottawa already know all trails, ice surfaces, and toboggan hills are packed with people trying to get some exercise. The parking lots usually overflow onto the roads due to the volume of people getting out to enjoy winter activities.

 

I'd gone early to one such trail system only to have to share the trail with these guys. No social distancing and no masks. Yes, it's tough to find some space. LOL

Conrail Shared Assets WPCA-20 shakes the windows along 3rd Street in Moorestown, NJ on a daily basis. In fact, it is the only train to shake the windows here anymore.

A gulf fritillary and a tiger swallowtail were caught happily feasting on this thistle bloom.
