A vintage stainless steal Oneida tea set, complete with teapot, creamer and sugar containers, and a beautiful large round tray. My neighbor was 'getting rid of it' at a garage sale. ;)
I asked that many of my needles be recycled ones. Some of these have been passed down from my grandmother. I think it adds so much more character having it 1, hand made and 2, recycled needles. It also means I can dig around charity shops and get some more :)

On a Sunny Sunday afternoon in January, my friend and I explored the streets of Tainan, Taiwan. I have lived in this city for over 8 years . I will be saying good-bye to it this summer and moving on. I will miss the labrynth of old alleyways and the interesting set of Taiwanese characters I intermingle with throughout my daily life.

After the lockdown a trip north, when all you want is a dog-friendly beach and sea air, is essential. In August places like Alnmouth are busy, but go, for instance to Low Hauxley and you have the beach almost to yourself.
