Inspired by reoccurring dreams of tooth loss, "Let go" embodies both an anxiety of change and loss and a potential for new growth after “letting go.”
This 10 x 26” screen-print on archival rag paper has hand-cut paper teeth fixed on its surface. The edition size is 8 and the edition number and signature can be found on the back.
Fairly mundane weekend making up prep sheets for my first screenprint with Beautiful Crime (no prizes for guessing what its going to be)... should all be worth it tho
Today I screenprinted this wintery girl, she was made by Sofia (7 years), I changed a few tiny things and added some pattern to her skirt. I love the result and Iam so proud of her, I thinkshe has a great talent for drawing....
I did another print portfolio this year. The theme was succulent. I printed the word Succulent in gold cursive lettering under the pig.
Andy MacDougall spoke at the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle last night. Andy is the king of screenprinting, and literally wrote the book on it. Andy is the guy who I bought my vacuum screenprinting table from at last year's Flatstock. It was a great talk as Andy is really an evangelist and basically spews info at anyone he meets about the tricks of the trade. If you have any interest in learning to screenprint check out his site:

I screenprint all my designs on my kitchen table. I would love to have a dedicated studio space, one day!
Last week I went to the screenprint studio and printed a lot, I always love going home with a big plile of freshly printed fabrics.
That's where you drag the squeegee, loaded with ink, back up the screen to lay down the ink for the upcoming print.
i hand screenprinted these girly crests onto some moleskine cashier sketchbooks - can't wait to start drawing in mine!
By the time I arrived, the crowd at the screenprinting station had run out of materials.
