One has to eat these baby ceviches directly from the spoon, they are too small to share....
Ceviche "Oriental" - yellowfin tuna with ginger, soy sauce & limes dance with roasted jalapenos and cilantro. Sushi with a latin flavour finished with avocado & tasted sesame seeds.
Ceviche "Nuevo" - a Japanese Sushi Chef arrived to Peru, tasted aji amarillo and made his own version of ceviche with tiger shrimp or calamari, once you try it, you are hooked...this was my personal favorite ;-0
Ceviche "Los Cabos" - a traditional recipe of Pacific swordfish with cilantro, serranos, tomatoes, red onions, olive oil & limes. Very tangy making contrast with an avocado-cilantro puree. issa had this & liked it very much.
Ceviche "Verde" - a blend of oranges, limes & lemons with tomatillos, avocado, jalapenos & cilantro with shrimp. Finished with guajillo chile oil & jicama.
Ceviche "Peruano" - the classic Peruvian recipe with fresh Corvina marinated in lime juice finished with parsley, onion, corn, rocoto pepper and olive oil.

I made this baby blanket with four blocks each in four patterns: plain stockinette, Sea Wall basketweave and Twine cables from 100 Afghan Squares to Knit by Debbie Abrahams, and Embossed Twining Vine Leaf from Barbara Walker's First Treasury.

I found this sampler in an antique store in Saskatoon. It is a sampler from a Hutterite Colony. There are many of those colonies in the prairie provinces.

A tiny embroidered alphabet sampler featuring a goldfish. The whole things is about 2 1/2 inches tall. Perle cotton on a metallic cotton fabric.
