The FOTM theme for this month came from Laszlo, he gave us the choice either "Rustic" or "Isolation".
I tried rustic, a simple trip to the shed, which I have not been to during isolation. I like the textures and light in this shot., plus it reminds me of the many hours we spent painting around the house over the years.
A new image and a new website.... I hope you'll check it out at www.ColoradoCaptures.com. Thanks for taking a look! :-)

Spending few days in the countryside is always such a great experience: sometimes it feels like time is going slower, with a different pace and helps you to enjoy the and the people you are with.
A rustic house is even enhancing the experience: when the sun is out it offers the warm colours that are warming up the heart too.

This is the rustic arbor and bench I had built for my front yard. A Hardy Kiwi is growing up the poles. We hope to get some fruit from this sometime in the future.
....aged to perfection!
I love all the long drives my husband and I take throughout South Eastern Idaho. This old, but charming beauty greeted us in the small town of Henry.
Shot of a rusty washtub used for burning wood at a camping spot. I'm so looking forward to getting back to Shortts Lake in Brookfield, Nova Scotia with great company and a Corona.
This 47 foot water fall on Glen Creek falls lies at the head of The Golden Gate on the Loop Road south of Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park.
