This was my entry for Bricklink's AFOL Designer Program... A 515 parts minifigscale, studless, compact starfighter, with nice building techniques and a modular conception to ease the building.
I made this over spring break a few weeks ago, but looking at it now, I don’t like it as much. Anyways, I was working on both Heart of Ice and concepts for Mad Love during that break, and I made this scene from Mad Love at the time. Following Heart of Ice—which I hope to post another part tonight (A third after that is already done)—I hope to have Mad Love as my next larger story arch.
I’m going to re-make this when I get to Mad Love, so that it’s both uniform in terms of design (Though it will most likely keep its “miniature” style at least for this scene), and most likely functional with the unique, well—set up—I’ll be doing for that story. Well anyways, I guess in the meantime you can enjoy this rejected build of mine!
(End note: No, I do not have tons of other unused build pictures just lying around…)

Steel Pulse – Steppin’ Out
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Open says a me, here comes Rastaman.
Abracadabra, catch me if you can.
I know, you’ll find it hard to believe that;
I am: The genie of your lamp and,
I can, do anything you wish but;
Right now, I am commanding you to dance.
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Invisible music, beam me up, to the cradle of sound.
(riddle me this)
You cannot see it nowhere on Earth,
Can this reggae be found?
I know, you’ll find it hard to believe that;
I am: The genie of your lamp and,
I can, do anything you wish but;
Right now, I am commanding you to dance.
Brimstone, thunder and lightning,
Hurricane, cyclone!
Ask me this I tell you why:
I know, you’ll find it hard to believe that;
I am: The genie of your lamp and,
I can, do anything you wish but;
Right now, I am commanding you to dance.
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Steppin’ out, steppin’ out.
Journey through the tunnel of love,
Wisdom is respected, hatred is rejected.
On the planet dread, I says it rains dub,
Climb Alladin’s ladder hotter reggae hot.
Open says a me, here comes Rastaman.
Abracadabra, catch me if you can.
Open says a me, here comes Rastaman.
Abracadabra, catch me if you can, hey!
Steppin’ out, says I’m steppin’ out..
I know I am I can right now I’m steppin’
Highest heights and hottest hot,
Rasta this and Dreadlocks that.
On the move I just can’t stop,
I’m in the groove and I just can’t stop:
‘Cause I’m in love with Jah music;
Invisible music.
This partially-eaten bagel was recently seen floating down the Sheboygan River towards Lake Michigan. For some reason it did not meet the buyer's expectations. Perhaps some aquatic wildlife will enjoy it.
accidental diptych. i must not have wound the film properly? or something happened at the print shop. either way... i like it like this.

Weavers are small birds related to finches. There are an incredible 57 species of weavers and all have their own styles and strategies for building elaborate nests, but no matter the various styles or materials used, all are mind-blowing. Typically it is the male birds that build the nests as a way to woo females. The better the builder, the more likely he is to find a mate. Many species start out with just a single strand of plant fiber and begin the seemingly miraculous project from there.
I'm being a bad Flickrite, I know. Haven't uploaded in a week, or commented for that matter. Sorry guys. Been busy and kinda out of it.
This is a shot I worked on for last week but then decided not to use it. But hey, last week's reject is this week's freak-feature! 'Cuz I'm lazy like that—or at least this week, I am. Ain't it amazing how hard this is to look at? It kinda hurts the eyes... eye... eyes...
Anyway, been camping, so plenty o' outdoors shots coming your way.
On black if you really want...

Just a bunch of junk that I left behind in one location...either too damaged, boring unis or both. The scrapped Celica is a shame...I've never found a nice one of those. Yes, some of these could have been used for parts, but I could only carry so much back to the car, so these didn't make the cut. I did take a few parts caps that I had a specific need for.
My wife often tells me not to be so quick in deleting my photos. "That's why you have a back-up drive". she says.
I was going to delete a group of Hummingbird photos because I have better ones. Then I looked at them a again before deleting and wondered what they would look like as greeting cards.
Works for me. :)

I actually like this photo, looks like a good portrait imo, but I've got a better idea for this scene but it must wait, till I build a whole Dagobah model ;)
Also took this one for 7DWF but I decided not to use the shot for the theme. Just posting on my feed anyway.
Lily came in to join up with the Jesters Reject show, as Kevin cuts with a whip the straw in half held in Lily's toes the other jester Kent looks on.

While driving to dinner and a drive in movies, we got a little lost and side tracked. An we just happen across this. A replica of the car from A Devils Reject. What a nice detraction.
this was supposed to be a poster and or flyer for an event of some kind. all the text was removed (for non-commercialized reasons)...anyways it was rejected in a very early stage :/
Pacific Nationals 8116, 8164 & 8125 glide along the Southern Sydney Freight Line while working 9224N through Sefton. The train originated at Port Kembla and was en route to Berrima for discharging and consisted of 30x RHEH’s & 3x NHJF’s loaded with limestone from Medway Quarry. The limestone was rejected by BlueScope Steel at Port Kembla. Wednesday, 17th July 2019.
