Looking at highway 61 along the western banks of the Mississippi. The shadow of Mount Charity cast below by the morning sun.
Riverview Apartments at 404-408 Back Bay Boulevard in Wichita Kansas. Built in 1927-1928 at the peak of Wichita's oil boom. They were designed as multi-family housing. When first built they had a panoramic view of the Arkansas River and Central Riverside Park.
National Register #02000765. Added in 2002.

...the east side of Manhattan from Roosevelt Island. I can fit lots more building with my wider lense. If you see it big the lense blurs and distorts a bit the buildings on the left, but not horribly.

Been an honour taking photos for Riverview Church since 2010. Today is my last one for now as I'll be taking a break in this volunteer role.
This is the back of the cards we'll be giving everyone in our church to use to invite friends to our Christmas Eve services. The message focuses on all the expectations we have at Christmas, and how the actual event rarely measures up, much the way hardly anyone expected Jesus to arrive in the way he did or live the way he did. These have already gone to press but I still welcome feedback.
