The queue for cheeses at Neals Yard Dairy went out the door and up the road.
Everyone wants them some cheeses for Christmas. Mmm cheese.
The by-now-not-so-immaculately-clean-but-still-quite-good-except-for-the-bumper(!!!) rear of Countryliner's DP1 (RL51 CXB), the first of many in the fleet, queues up, tail sticking into College Road, Maybury, Woking, waiting for a space at one of the pumps.
The depot is very close to here, hence this is Countryliner's chosen petrol station! It was only 5pm so I was surprised to see two buses being filled up.
When bad weather stops transport from the mainland and then starts again, the word soon gets around that the newspapers have arrived!!

My write up on photographing the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas here
On the weekend of November 20-21, 2010, I was invited to photograph the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas prior to their opening December 15, 2010 in Las Vegas NV.
This set of images represents my efforts that weekend to showcase this newest resort property opening up on the Las Vegas Strip. Thanks to David Scherer from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for showing me around, to Miiko Mentz at Katalyst Films for helping to arrange the shoot, and to my wife for modeling for me.

They're not actually queuing for anything in particular, one person was just standing there and this formed behind them in the space of about 10 minutes

I spotted this couple feeding the seagulls at the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne and snapped a few shots as the birds were gathered around their feet waiting patiently. I would love to claim that I timed it perfectly to catch this one bird swooping in to snatch some crumbs out of the mans hands but did not realise I had got this until I had uploaded the shot to the computer.
