This is the poset of 5-bounded partitions (which are in bijection with 5-cores) under the 'weak order' which are contained in one of the partitions which are unions of 3 rectangles of the set (5), (4,4), (3,3,3), (2,2,2,2), (1,1,1,1,1). The graph was drawn in GraphViz. The 6-fold symmetry that you see generalizes the 6-fold symmetry noticed by Suter (ref see Wikipedia page on Young's lattice) on the poset of partitions below (5), (4,4), (3,3,3), (2,2,2,2), (1,1,1,1,1).
