"Zeldapedia:
Zelda, Princess of Hyrule, best known simply as Princess Zelda (ゼルダ姫 Zeruda-hime?, Hylian ZHylian EHylian LHylian DHylian A) is the name for several female Hylians, usually members of the Royal Family of Hyrule, who often play an integral role in the series. Though each is the titular character of the Legend of Zelda series, the actual protagonist is each era's respective Link.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cowabunga Collection
I've been on a Ninja Turtles fix during these past few months ever since the Shredder's Revenge was released. This one is a great way to satisfy that nostalgia brought on by those retro games 20 years ago as it is a huge compilation of the classic Sega Genesis, NES and SNES game titles.
Bayonetta 3
The third installment to the shape shifting-witch trilogy. I've been hearing rumors that this has the worst story among the series; yet, despite what critics say, this is definitely a title that I've been looking forward to since completing its Nintendo Switch predecessor.
A gray and rainy Sunday was a great excuse to sit around and do a whole bunch of not much.
I didn't really feel like venturing into the rain to find a photo, so here's a flat lay of my lazy day.
Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.

Welcome to the LEGO Animal Crossing: New Horizons Idea!
Your bright and colorful paradise that you could build, one LEGO piece at a time!
This idea was inspired by the 2020 life simulation video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch.
After hearing so much about the game I started looking at some images and videos and was absolutely in love with the bright colors, calm game pace and simpleness of the game objects and characters, so I figured it could be a cool weekend project to try and recreate a small portion of a game map with elements commonly found in-game.
Those include:
- Base House
- Mailbox
- Log Bench
- Community DIY workbench
- Campfire
- Tree
- Terrain details and more
This build is bigger than minifig scale to allow for the brick built details you see here and hopefully avoid stickers if it ever goes into production. Because of that, minifig sized characters are lacking since the scale is not appropriate. With enough support I could work out some brick built characters, or, downsize the whole thing and include custom minifigs!
As it stands, it should have somewhere between 1200/1500 LEGO elements, but it could, and should, be optimized to fit under the 99$ price tag, making it a relatively small but cute display piece to have at home in your gaming area!
An Animal Crossing LEGO Ideas Set would be the perfect match of the best that both the gaming, and building experiencies offer to people: relaxing for a few hours while peacefully creating something unique to show some friends :)

I love the double exposure capabilities on phones now. It takes one fast exposure for highlights...then it takes a several seconds exposure for the shadows and blends them...often quite well too. Yes this is not pixel level sharp, but the car was bumping around at 70MPH and it was basically pitch black in the car. You miss the point of an image like this if you only care about sharpness. Sometimes, it is about the artistry.

Sometimes available light is better than flash, this is definately one of those situations were flash would ruin the atmosphere. I did some luminosity masking in this scene to bring back some information on the screen, and to selectively dodge some highlights and midtones of the picture. Apart from this, a relatively simple and honest edit. (the processing here is to simulate picture to reality as closely as possible).

Grants a low-level attack-power boost. This sweet dish is made by heaping tasty fruits into a pan and simmering until tender.
I was suprised that Lego hasn't made a figure of him by now, I'm also upset that they didn't make other figures from the game as well, I'll get to those guys later though. I used a duplicate Aliens Conquest Farmer head as the base for his face, and a duplicate Faun body for his chest, the hair was just the Elvis looking hair because I figured that it actually looks pretty close to how his actual hair looks. I'm planning on making other variants of him soon as well as see what I can use for some of the other Lego City Undercover characters.
Under the weather, both outside and inside..... so this is our last minute 17 wk emergency photo for 52 weeks. Zelda neither fits for "Call of the Wild" or "Breath of the Wild", sweet girl that she is. However ..... her name is being used in the videogame, or should I say. she was actually named after Zelda in the nintendo game, "Legend of Zelda". Seems this series "breath of the wild" is a new game now on "Nintendo Switch". Saved us for a last minute 52 week wk 17 photo.

For this years Secret Santa Event (RogueAdvent – Der Adventskalender 2019) I build a MICRO Version of Link's House from the Game "ZELDA - Breath of the Wild". It’s a tradition at my LUG „RogueBricks“ to build a secret Santa Gift that fits into a LEGO Cristmas Bauble.
If you like to build your own version, stay tuned...
Hope you like it.

Back in April, I shot a series for Postmates. It evolved over a few weeks based on a couple ideas I pitched. But eventually, it became a way to showcase different “At Home” themes paired with various types of food.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is my favorite modern game, and one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I’ve ever had. the world is just packed with awesome atmospheres and soundscapes - I have 240 hours in it and I haven’t explored them all.
I recreated my favorite biome here, the Sky Island. the contrast in colors between the greens of the Shrine magic and the mechanical constructs and the fading yellows of everything else ancient above the clouds is stunning in the game, and I thought it translated pretty well to Lego.
LEGO Animal Crossing!
New update on my LEGO Ideas project to include popular villagers! (If it reaches 10.000 votes it has a shot at becoming a real LEGO set you could buy in stores)
ideas.lego.com/projects/1805191a-e125-42e8-b7e6-178bc8794b3e
Major feedback I had was that the build was lacking minifigures and so, with the help of a friend of mine we designed some players and popular villagers like Tom Nook, Timmy and Tommy, Isabelle and Mabel!
The LEGO Ideas platform restricts doing new pieces that don't exist so we have to make it work with current production LEGO elements with custom prints on them!
That's the sole reason why we couldn't do villagers with the same in-game proportions, everything has to be adapted to the LEGO system.
Now would be the best possible time ever for an Animal Crossing LEGO set to be made, since LEGO and Nintendo have an ongoing agreement due to their LEGO Super Mario line of products!
If you're an AC/LEGO fan, I'm sure you need this in your life! Every vote counts and the project is almost at 6000 supporters!
