A little deceiving this - the steam seemingly coming from No. 7808 Cookham Manor is actually Large Prairie tank No. 4144 behind moving off down the yard. The steam just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Proverbs 27:19 - As water reflects a face, so a man's heart reflects the man.

People say that "the shadow knows". May God help us to live in such a way that we won't fear our own shadow.

I wanted to do something different with the water drop shots so I decided to take a couple of shots and invert the colors to see how it will turn out. I love the series of shadows before the big drop =D

The raised embankment in Ashulia, built to protect Dhaka City from getting flooded during the Monsoon, creates a theatrical setting for the different vehicles moving on it along with the people hanging around near the snacks stall. It possibly is the one open space nearest to Dhaka where the sky, low lying waterbody and ground can be seen for a wide distance without the visual clutter of buildings (yes the billboard needs to be knocked down). It is only a matter of time, a very short time. before the big guns of the country's booming construction industry fill it up with more of their ugly architecture, ignoring the fact that the area was meant to be left open so that the seasonal overflow of Dhaka's rivers and rainwater had somewhere to flow into and refill the water-table below the city.

Stage two ... yet to happen. It is interesting how the house was 'cut' right down the middle, for easier transportation.

I'm stood at the bottom of my road which fortunately isn't that busy, so no danger of being run over.

Matt & Jessica have found a house not too far away, and they are getting everything ready to move into it. Damn, I will miss them!! They don't believe it, but I really DO love having them, along with Damian, living with me!! But it's really good - they do need a place of their own, and they won't be very far away.....I think it's about a 15 minute drive. I took my camera with me, took 2 pictures, and then got too busy looking - forgot to take more pictures!!

The little snail was making a "quick" escape from baby James, yesterday afternoon in the garden!

The sun seemed to be playing 'tag' with today's trains, as every time I raised my camera, the beautiful yellow ball disappeared behind scattered but fast moving clouds. Then there was the rain and wind, but I won't go in to those..
