VIA EPIA MII-Series Mini-ITX board image (top)

VIA showed off the gaming capabilities of its new system components during Geared for Gaming 2004.

The VB8003 Mini-ITX board features a VIA Nano processor, VIA VX800 MSP and a dedicated S3 Graphics processor, supports dual HDMI ports for smooth HD video on mulitidisplay configurations.

The tiny 17x17 cm motherboard. For scale the RAM chip is beside it. A perfectly formed motherboard! No need for a CPU fan nor a case fan which makes the server run very close to silent. Just the occasional whir of the 2.5" Hard Drive, but that is hardly noticeable.

Auch ZOTAC zeigte ein 9300 Mini-ITX Komplettsystem im Silverstone SG05 mit Intel E8400 Prozessor.

Replaced stock Intel D201GLY cpu heatsink with Cooler Master RR-NCW-L4E1-GP Blue Ice Pro Northbridge cooler. Used the Intel fan though for it's quiet, non-lit, and rpm sensor.

This is the front of the MythTv computer.
