Lego build of House for two families in Bahamas by Vardehagen and Anders Haagaas Grinde. However, my version is just for one family because I wanted to keep the size down. About 4250 bricks including about 1500 ”water bricks”. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used.

The TV-show Friends is a long-time favorite of mine. I have seen all seasons at least 10-15 times. This is a Lego build of Monica's kitchen. About 6000 bricks. Computer rendering but buildable if you have the bricks.

The design of LTP was submitted to the Red Army GABTU department for innovations in July 1942. The designer, Lieutenant K.J. Provornov from Ulyanovsk, was not a tank designer, but a commander of the well-known Medium Tank T-34, which inspired his project. Nevertheless, the LTP was a serious and well-detailed design that could have easily been produced were it not for the existence of the T-70, which ultimately made it unnecessary.

Hey there, the new ship from my favourite Galaxy On Fire game series is finally done :) Opposite to Nemesis, which was built in only 3 evenings, this one was started back in October and slowly got its look through many small and big changes, until I was more or less satisfied with it. This heavy fighter is one of the ultimate ships in the game and has its bulky-like style from an older terran ship, the simple Phantom. The LEGO model got some changes from its initial prototype, but was still heavily inspired by it.
Feel free to take a closer look at the model on Mecabricks!
Here we see a Space Fire Team scouting rover, on the lookout for the relatively rare Fire Hose Tree. This tree was particularly valuable, as it trunk was a fire hose and its fruit was blue flashing lights, used on fire vehicles.
Fire officers would travel the galactic disc, looking for these trees, harvesting their fruit and coppicing the wood for the hoses.
Shrinking 21325 down to this scale was a bit of a challenge, but I'm pretty happy with this result!

Didn't think I'd get my Viper out, but managed to. Have some other tablescraps in waiting - let's see if I manage to build them up too!?!?!!?

This build is based on the original Journey Into Imagination ride at Walt Disney World and the recent Disney Kingdoms Figment comics. Along with some of my own artistic license for the color scheme.
I have never been to WDW, but I was inspired by the ride images I found online and the comics.
I told myself I would only move onto the Dream Machine if I could first come up with a brick-built Figment that was as close to minifig scale as possible.
After about 2 months of design working on this project for LEGO Ideas, I just happened to check again to see if anyone had done a recent LEGO Dream Machine project and then I ran across MasonBricklayer's Dream Machine build. In the post, he had mentioned how his project was rejected due to the fact that LEGO will not accept projects based on WDW rides. He even tried making the project only related to the comics, but LEGO Ideas still rejected it.
When I found this out, I was in the middle of building a support structure for the balloon and the bottom of the machine. However, I decided to abandon the support structure since it wasn't going onto LEGO Ideas and was pulling too much focus away from the Dream Machine itself. The support structure involved clouds that were suspended by clear beams on each side of the balloon. The concept was inspired by the trees on the side of the Stranger Things set.
I don't typically like to post rendered MOC's that don't have a support structure for display since I want it to be believable, but I hope you can see past that and appreciate it in this form.
This was built and rendered entirely on Mecabricks.com and it's my first project using lighting and flex beams on the site.
Another experiment with Mecabricks' rendering service. I used a night sky HDR lighting, as this seemed to be the most similar to the sort of background that I had in mind. Edited in Adobe PhotoShop Elements 6.0 that I bought years ago.
Lovingly based on the excellent Rogue One concept art. There are too many influences to link here but the main ones were this and this. I have no idea how long those links will remain active...
Many of the concepts that were closest to the final movie design featured this bow-cockpit hanging below the wings and in line with the cabin. I like this shape in general but I can see why the design team moved away from it towards the dorsal cockpit above the wings and cabin. For one things, the final design seems to take closely from the H-19 Chickasaw in that regard and this stays true to the Star Wars design tenets of using existing aircraft. A front mounted cockpit is fun but it kind of gets blended from almost every other helicopter. The dorsal intake was originally going to be smaller but I could not decide how to approach the shape. I finally tried this large shape and thought it looked fantastic. One of the concepts featured a bubble gunner\'s cupula out the back but I thought it looked ugly. I kept the guns though and was going to add a cupula up top but that was replaced with an access hatch. The engine intakes were going to be just the flag/sign parts and the large wheels but then I remembered this WIP by Jake RF and its awesome use of the newish half-cones.
The cabin base is heavily modified (internally at least) off of Inthert\'s U-Wing Instructions. I actually followed them all the way through (digitally of course) and learned a TON. The build employs a number of interesting techniques and highlights the minimum-attachment methods. This would be a fun build for anyone with access to real bricks, but it should be a required build for anyone into digital Lego. It turns out that all aside from 10 or so parts, the entire thing can be built in one section in LDD (i.e. even with all of the crazy shapes, the techniques are within tolerances).
This ship does not feature any large moving sections like the movie version or like the Rebel Transport by -majortom- (also a large source of inspiration although the different sizes made it difficult to "tastefully plagerize" too many details) but still features retractable landing legs, sliding doors, aft guns, and collapsable seating. The colors were the hardest choices to make. Most decent combinations did not offer enough parts to fill gaps. I still think the yellow-on-tan is a bit low on contrast but the original dark red wasn\'t available and normal red looked garish.
Finally, these renders are not the best, I know. However, they took long enough to make so they will suffice. The cockpit interior shows why it is not a good idea to set "scratches" to 40%...
Finally (pt. 2), a big Thank You to mecabricks for helping me with scaling material issues. I had to make the 3x3 quarter-circle brick w/ bow part myself as it wasn\'t in the library of parts. It wasn\'t too difficult to model but I had required some assistance to get the materials working.
Yodadud Got me to watch Gundam. Now in the time honoured way, I appropriate what I like for something completely unrelated.

Recently I was inspired by a pair of minifigure weapons, specifically the ring weapon from Black Panther, and the Rapier to create an old fashioned metal syringe, and that spiraled into the set of three MOCs presented here. The syringe is functional in as far as the pump can be drawn out and pushed back in.
C&C Welcome!

Not as fantastic as my real life version. flickr.com/photos/97574100@N05/45452324684/in/photolist-2... But it will do for Mecabricks...
Just a wee chonka of a 6980 redux.
Done for you, Crimso since you indicated your love for the rovers from this set :)
My 'sand' is better now too, wouldn't you agree?
Sometimes on Lava, or - saaaay - on the surface of a White Dwarf, you might need a bit more grip.

Just realised I never posted this.

I must admit this one owes a huge debt some truck I saw at the time but I can't find it now - so if you're thinking 'hey-that looks like my truck' then let me know so I can credit you for inspiration.
It did have wheels.
But why not have amazingly practical, snow meltin' pulse jets?

Insipired by all the cool Ma.Ktober MOCs. Still, this build has a different aesthetic than classic Ma.K units, so I'm not going to pretend that it was build for Ma.Ktober. ;)

Originally constructed from the hull of a salvaged CNC dreadnought, the Nurikabe class serves as the FNC's most recent force projection asset. Initially dismissed by many CNC officials as nothing more than a mere hackjob assemblage of parts, the vessel has nevertheless proven itself a reliable resource in numerous skirmishes across contested territories.
Though lacking the sheer combat presence afforded by true supercapital and ubercapital starships, the Nurikabe's extensive hangar and personnel bays allow it to essentially serve as a mobile base of operations within foreign or hostile space.
Didn't finish in time for SHIPtember, but pushed through to the end nonetheless. Plenty of room for improvement, but that's always true - eventually, you just have to say "good enough" and hit send.
