The real-life aircraft has the capacity to hold up to 28 troops, length of 19.43m (63 ft 9 in), a wingspan of 29.11m (95 ft 0 in), and a height of 5.18m (17 ft 0 in). The crew consist of four individuals (radio operator, navigator, co-pilot and pilot). the US as well as other nations involved with lend-lease (the UK, Soviet Union etc) used these aircraft during World War II, even axis powers such as Germany and Japan had variants of the aircraft through obtaining them prior to the war.
Many countries still use this aircraft and its variants to this day.

The LEGO model (MOC)
This project took a good couple months to design in stud.io, mainly due to the limitations of olive green and the availability; I personally try to make sure my models use parts that only exist in high enough quantities while ensuring that the model is stable enough in case the model is made in real life.
The scale I have used in this model is 1:40th.

My favorite Castle Theme was always King Leo and his lion knights against Cedric the Bull and his goons, and the coolest set of the theme was of course Leo's Castle! This microscale version of 6091 contains all of the key features of the set, from the separating sections of the castle to the flag on the back (yes, a shield element really holds between plates like that!).
Other features include:
A rotating catapult and tower below it
An axe-dropping trap in a tower
A tower which launches a treasure chest when hit in the right place
A Bull's siege weapon
Drawbridge
Throne room

I made new, better and bigger renderings of my mini modular building MOCs which I built for the LEGO Rebrick "Mini Building Madness" contest. Hope you like them! :)
Made with Mecabricks and Blender.
Another Ma.K-wannabe. Basically a modified version of the previous one. Christmas is delayed!
Build available on Mecabricks
My entry for the lego ideas harry potter winter contest I did. Sadly I didn't won any prize, but I really enjoyed building this! Hope you like it too ;)

Or a better name I come up with later. More Mecabricks experimenting. Thought I'd have a go at a justice league lineup, maybe ten, fifteen years into the future. No story to this lot, just some combos I thought were neat. tried to limit myself with the smooshed parts this time, but I ultimately just went for what I liked the look of best. So, the league is made up of (L to R):
Martian manhunter - Kinda went for a similar look to one he had as a member of the justice lords.
The Flash - Not that much different from regular ones, just added a mouth guard, just to keep out flies as he's running. Speaking of, I even managed a decent running pose for him.
Wonder woman - Went for slightly older looking Wonder woman, just cos I liked the head really. Managed to use a different hairstyle to the norm, and smooshed a crown in there too.
Superman - He uses a leg/torso combo I really like. Not sure if I came up with it, I'm half sure I've seen it somewhere before, but I might be wrong. Gave him Jor-Els head too, just to make him look older.
Batman - Went for a more Kingdom Come look, what with the armour. Added some gold just to brighten him up a bit.
Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz) - You don't see a lot of her in league line ups, maybe cos she's an exclusive fig. Thought I'd give her a whirl, see what I could come up with.
Aquaman - Went for a wilder look for him, big beard and hair and the like. You can't see it, but his other hand is a hook, like in some comics from some time or another. I used a sonic screwdriver in silver, just to make it a bit more original. Shame it's tucked away behind GL
Also managed to build a fairly decent logo in the background for them, pretty much based on the film one. Might do a film lineup in't future, just to use the logo again. So, as always, please lemme know what you think, and if you'd like to see more of this kinda stuff in't future. I mean, I'll upload regardless, cos I don't seem to have much else to upload, but we'll see what happens :D

Was supposed to be a quick render of an old classic LEGO space scooter. I kept tweaking things which delayed the final render.

An airliner caught in a sudden thunderstorm experience emergency depressurization, but not to worry, Thor is here! (Wait, couldn't he have been the cause of the storm?) And that flight attendant is really determined to deliver that drink despite the conditions... Maybe this is a red beverage company commercial..

The Citroën DS is a front-engine, front-wheel-drive executive car manufactured and marketed by the French company Citroën from 1955 to 1975 in sedan, wagon/estate and convertible body configurations. Italian sculptor and industrial designer Flaminio Bertoni and the French aeronautical engineer André Lefèbvre styled and engineered the car. Paul Magès developed the hydropneumatic self-levelling suspension.

So, I've been at Mecabricks lately, and realised that I could finally experiment more freely with minifig parts, and get the figs I always dreamed of, even if they're not real. Kinda sorta 'borrowed' this idea from KoyoteKB, so be sure to check his stuff out too.
So, here're the Dark nights metal. Managed to get all of them to a reasonable standard, I'm quite happy with them. Even managed to get them in roughly the same poses and positions as the pic I used for reference, which was an added bonus. Fun thing about Mecabricks is that you can just smoosh pieces together to cheat your way to a more accurate fig, which I have done with great pleasure. It's a shame some of them don't really have eyes as a result of this, but given time I'll work something out. might do what I did with the murder machine, and use an alfred collar where the eyes should be. So, onto the Dark knights themselves (L to R):
The Drowned
The Devastator
The Murder machine
The Batman who laughs (accompanied by two dark Robins)
The Merciless
The Red death
The Dawn breaker
So, those are the Dark nights metal. Had a lot of fun coming up with these, so I might do more of them in the future. As always, please lemme know what you think, and if you'd like to see more things like this in the future :D

This little model was featured in the May 2019 edition of "Blocks" magazine :D
I swear, one of these days I'll value my stuff enough to learn blender properly...maybe.
Anyway, I made this a while ago and I was debating uploading it for the aforementioned reason...but to be honest if I set that as a goal for myself I'd never upload this, or anything else for that matter, so there you go.
Getting back on topic, this is a Tardis I originally envisioned for the next Doctor in the Jist-isode series. Right up until I remembered Mecabricks had exactly zero of the parts for them, so it wouldn't really work. Plus I got so carried away with the theme for this Tardis that I don't think the Doctor would suit it anyway.
It does look nice though, despite the shit render. I channeled a lot of 60's/70's interior design into it, I even made a conversation pit for the console. First time I've gone below the floor level too, so that was an experience. Shields for the round things as well, don't think I've done that before. Oh, and a whopping great window, that's a first...and probably last.
Rambling now, so I'd better cut myself off. I might do a few more renders for this console room, just to show off the bits that are hidden behind the support bits. I'll hopefully have the next Jist-isode finished at some point too, so keep an eye out for that one, and then only one more story and it's done.

The City State of Holluuhom has entered the war in support of General Sparkle. Built for Burgomeister 1 Hardsuits.
From left to right, the Wasteland Brawler, Urban Stalker, and Vacuum Dueler. All are less than 8 bricks tall, per the stacks in between, and use solely existing pieces. All 3 suits also seat a complete minifiguure per the A&B
The Wasteland Brawler features a large battle-axe, a Gatling Gun, twin grappling hooks mounted on the underside, and twin harpoons on the top.
The Urban Stalker features a ball and chain, sonic disruptor, larger feet designed to silently crush infantry, and an EMP generator stored in the back.
The Vacuum Dueler features a large energy sword, defensive shield, and twin blasters on the underside.
Individual views are forthcoming (rendering), but to see all the angles the 3D view can be used as well: mecabricks.com/en/models/0DvYG3NM29e
Another great set of Mini Katanas by Shipmaster. Very interesting handle design and I like the shape.
I attempted to make the scene a little more interesting with the forge backdrop which reflects in the model. I also had a fire image in the foreground, but I don't think it added much to the image.
My latest project «All New AAL» is fully completed and now you have an opportunity to purchase a 70-pages digital instruction (*.pdf).

A sneak peek of a building I'm working on. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used.
A small scene to let me practice rendering with Blender 2.8 :)
I used the Mecabricks advanced addon, then composited the image in Blender. Finally, I exported to GIMP 2.10 for some final tweaks.
This is merely an attempt to improve my rendering skill, so I can take my builds to the next level with at least sub-par presentation ;P
Thanks for Looking!
So, betcha didn't think I'd come back to this, huh. Ngl, I didn't think I would either, but, well, here we are. Switched over to mecabricks for these, just cos I seem to have the teensiest bit of an addiction to it. So, the Clone war continues, now entering its fifth year. The Galaxy is more divided than ever, and this year is a turning point. The Republic is changing, becoming more like an Empire. With each passing day, the Supreme Chancellor becomes more powerful, tightening his grasp on the galaxy. So, let's delve into the forces at play (L to R):
Senate guards - They don't really impact the story too much, just needed something to edge the main figs. Really happy with how they came out, really like the helmets. They do have faces, so I imagine they would play a role, if only minor. They serve the Supreme Chancellor as body guards, though they are slowly being phased out, replaced by new guards with crimson robes.
Aayla Secura - Won't lie, she doesn't really need to be here. She remained with the jedi faction still loyal to the Republic, leading its troops into battle. Maybe she felt obligated due to her loyalty to her troops, or perhaps her respect for Master Skywalker, who also remained.
The first Sister - A dark and mysterious new player in the war, the first sister moves covertly, like a shadow in the night. Her identity is a mystery, though there are rumours. Most likely, she is a fallen jedi, though which one is disputed. On an unrelated note, Barriss Offee's cell is empty, the former Jedi knight transfered to a more secure prison, though which one is unknown.
Anakin Skywalker - An attempted assassination of the Supreme chancellor by the rebellion (I'll come back to this) left Skywalker grievously wounded. Luckily, thanks to cutting edge Republic medicine and technology, he is rebuilt, stronger than ever, even if it came at a price. with burns covering almost his entire body, he is almost permanently encased in a dark suit, reflecting his inner self more and more. He's angrier too, often brutal in battle. there are rumours among the clones that his eyes turn yellow in battle, and a shadow seems to envelope him as he fights. The war has changed Skywalker, most likely for the worse.
Supreme Chancellor Palpatine -
Though the attempt on his life has left him scarred, his loyalty to the Republic is unwavering. Public support only rose after he survived his brush with death, and he continues to be a very popular leader. He holds all the strings, and has no intention of letting them go, as long as he draws breath.
Admiral Thrawn - After his encounter with Skywalker on Batuu, Thrawn decided to accompany him back to coruscant, even if only to assess the state of the Republic for potential alliance with the Chiss ascendancy. Although he found it in an unacceptable state of corruption and greed, he saw potential. Its military showed promise, the clone army was enticing to say the least. He was entered into the Republic naval academy, and fast tracked to admiralty in just three years. Given his own fleet and flagship, The Chimaera, Thrawn is determined to reforge the Republic Navy, becoming its leader. Some say he even has machinations on the seat of Supreme Chancellor. Though these are just rumours, Palpatine has still taken precautions.
Captain [Blank] - You'd think I'd have come up with a decent name by now, huh. Anywho, this is the same guy from Year four, just with a slightly new look and rank. Not an admiral anymore, just a captain. Still blind though, and with a beard this time.
Commander Cody - Still fiercely loyal to the Republic, Cody remains in charge of the 212th attack battalion, leading them into battle, or commanding them from afar. He's getting older though, and is soon to be commanded, returned to Kamino to train the next generation of clones. Quick not about the armour, Mecabricks doesn't have stormtrooper helmets (weird right), so any PhIII's in the future will most likely be helmetless, unless absolutely necessary.
Commander Appo - After Rex's desertion, Appo took command of the 501st, continuing to fight alongside General Skywalker.
So, that's year five done and dusted. I'll be doing this for all the factions, and maybe one more depending on if I can make it work. As always, please lemme know what you think, and if you'd like to see more. Oh, and also if you can think of any other Jedi that would have remained loyal to the Republic, as I honestly couldn't think of any :D
Rendered with Mecabricks Advanced script in Blender.
Built in LDD then imported into Mecabricks then into blender with a touch of Photoshop after.
Damn rears off the ground a tiny bit but oh well
