When my eldest son started at nursery school we used to have a 20 minute drive through windy country lanes to get there and then home again everyday. Being windy there were a couple of these signs on-route. Every journey, and those with young children will know that every really is every! He would tell me that the sign didn't make sense, that car could not make that track - it was just not possible, he used to spend ages trying to work out how it could.
It was one of those things that even after years of driving, i had never really paid any attention too until he pointed it out. I tried to explain its was descriptive rather than factual with no success.
Occasionally he will still comment how the sign irritates him, as for me every-time i see it I smile and think of him and how quickly he has grown up.

Various schematic diagrams made in lab reports or papers in my undergraduate years. All were made using circuit_macros + latex processing converted to postscript, then used ps2eps to properly crop the diagrams and then used the "convert -density 300 foo.eps foo.png" to get high resolution png images

This was an external logic package that was a part of a NEMA TS1 cabinet running a Traconex CJ-32 controller. This logic package was actually pretty simple, consisting of several diode cards, AND gates, dual inverters and timer/count cards.
