Learning to let go...
I am learning to let go of things that I love, but no longer need. I am learning to hold them in my heart and in my head, but not in my hands.
(This was a sewing box inadvertently left to me from the person who first unknowingly inspired me to quilt...It's not very pretty on the outside...and I don't use it...(quilting has changed so much since then)...I guess for me the sewing box was symbolic of simpler times...without instant gratification...before we used machines for everything. And also how inspiring other people can be in everyday life...just by example).

Usually fortunes are incredibly cheesy or annoyingly stupid, but this one made me smile.
A relationship was saddening me and depressing me and causing me to feel like he was the funeral and I was the fair.
It was stagnant. Sometimes you have to let things go.
I had to put it away and take care of my heart. And I had never felt so relieved.
Suddenly, something else amazing came along/back.
