Baltimore Brick Co bricks, found all over Key West - brought to the Island as weights in ship ballasts and later used as sidewalk and patio pavers.

Before we departed on the cruise, we drove to Key West on our 2nd day in Miami. What we thought was going to be a 2-hr drive turned out to be 4 hours because there was only 1 lane on the hwy to Key West and everyone drove like a turtle.

 

Key West was quaint, not really worth a 4-hr drive, but it was quite nice.

 

We spotted these little cabbies and had some fun posing with them.

March 15. I think I could sit in that chair all day.
