The most relevant parts for this image:

The atmosphere of the historical city center in its current state (2016) is absolutely harmonious. There are many buildings following the traditional local architecture. The wall materials are limestones and bricks, with high windows covered by wooden shutters. The colours of both the walls and the shutters are within a pastel colour range. Hence with plenty of space for individual variety but still most of the houses are clearly part of a whole, they are belonging together somehow.

There are some empty houses in semi-ruinous state. In my personal perception this light touch of decadence is just adding to the charm, and from a technical point of view they are interesting as you can better see the wall structure. My impression is though that more and more of these houses are being fixed

Greeting the Nancy Anns!

I got this vintage Little Red Riding Hood doll on evilbay. She's a Tiny Town doll by Leena Lee, isn't she? Or were there clones I don't know about? There's a stain on the bottom of her dress, but otherwise she's just gorgeous!

Also, sorry for taking so long to respond to comments. I've just been lazy lately! :/
