In November, 2011, Walmart opened its first store in the U.S. with 100% LED sales floor lighting. The LEDs in the Wichita, Kan. Neighborhood Market use 40% less energy compared to traditional florescent lights and last 8-9 years. The LED lights are expected to save the Neighborhood Market 140,000 kWh a year in energy use, the equivalent of powering 10 average homes.

I've always enjoyed the shape of the Moravian star, so I have come out with a mini collection in the vein of a more fantasy / vintage look. For Syndicate Sunday I have 4 colourations of this type of style in ceiling pendant form and each pack comes with 12 lights. Basically you are getting 4 chain lengths in 3 overall light sizes so you can choose based on your ceiling height. The lights have an on/off touch function with subtle glow, full brightness, and ambient environmental lighting included to offer more realism. The night from Saturday to Sunday almost had full moon and the light, even late at night, was still incredible. We actually woke up at night and had to close one of the "windows" of the pop-up tent, just because it was too bright and the moon was shining on our faces.

I thought at first, no way can I pull this off, huge open room, skylights and the view to the right. So once again an 8 light set up, if I can remember correctly.
One on camera pointed up and the the right, WAD, 1/2 power. That was the only light I used for the low overhang area.
One CL, shoot through umbrella pointed into the room positioned to reduce the shadows on the bookcase, 1/2 power.
One to the right of the DR table, WAD pointed into the room, 1/8th power.
One hidden just to the left of the mirror, full extension on the SLIK, pointed into the DR at 1/16th power. That my freinds was the hard one to not catch a hot spot on the wall/mirror.
One in the foyer pointed towards the door, WAD, 1/8th power.
One in the hallway next to the foyer, WAD pointed away from the door, 1/16th power.
And believe it or not, 2 in the adjoining FR, both pointed away from the doorframe and into the room at 1/2 power.
No cloning or cut and past on this one...
