Built in 24 hrs for JKmoc's 24 hr build challenge with "dream" as the theme & roller skates as the seed piece in April

Tried a version of my Inception painting with a more traditional color scheme.

Waking up at 530 AM in the Sierra is worth it... I spent most of that week with cloudless, drab skies, then bam! Mother Nature unleashed. Thank you, my dear.

Special effect created in photoshop using one of my images from Dartmoor this year.

I'd wanted to build the Inception rotating/zero-G hallway since I saw the movie, but just didn't have the will in me. Then I saw Ochre Jelly's rendition of the same scene and it was just the kick I needed. Many thanks, Iain.

This setup was an afterthought; I built it with this shot in mind. That picture will come later. First: dinner.

i seriously had NO idea this would get an Explore...

but i'm really very glad it did!

thank you so much, everyone!<33

i know... this is super different from my normal stuff.

and i have to stare at it for a long time, in order to realize that i actually really do like it.

after i saw 'Inception', i told myself that i had to create an epic picture after it.

hopefully, i succeeded. [accoring to Explore, i did. :P hehe.]

This is the hallway scene from inception: Zero Gravity. It didn't turn out that good, but I still think it looks good. What do you think? (this is my entry for Totally Awesome 's contest)

I love when places appear more dangerous than they really are. Even the most innocuous of places can seem so in the right situation.

It was cold and damp, miserable with little to see other than a thick fog. As I looked forward with my thoughts completely on other things there's a small opening ripping through the fog. The wind came and suddenly the whole world radically changed, the distances and scales became visible, it almost felt like I'm floating in the air.

It's abstract. It's interesting. It makes me think of the movie, Inception.
