Here she is -- after the lips and eyes! I watched the video at least 10 times . . . I was a little obsessive. I love this class!

Fibre is 'Scottish Seascape' on BFL/sparkly nylon, being spun my Wildcraft Pink Lace and Forget-me-nots spindle.

Attacking the ice with um...a screw driver. I don't have an ice pick.

i haven't done lino block printing in a couple of years, so this is a start. once the ink dries i'll paint or draw to add to the images and make them a little different. oh, and the thing on the left was to use up any extra ink left on the plate. i liked it.

It will never be finished, because tan is way to expensive. I tried not using flash.

Still waiting for the new etched glass door to arrive.

6" square patches in browns and turquoises: a quick quilt/playmat for a friend's new granddaughter. The friend lives near the sea, hence the choice of picture fabrics. (She's also a gardener and loves acers. Not sure where the musical mice come in!)

The top's finished - now to assemble it with a cream/bronze tiny-print border/back, and quilt it, trying out a YLI space-dyed quilting thread.
