These photos were taken at Deem Hills Park in Stetson Hills. Took pictures of my model in a variety of positions depending on how the sun was setting. I liked this picture because of the soft light that was on my subject while the slight bit of bright light contrasts in the background. I didn't edit this picture too much besides putting a slight vignette on.
This photo fits my concentration because it uses natural light to help the portrait.

The first step with the horizontal stabilizer tips is to trim the flange back about an inch so that they can fit forward of the spar. Then, while holding it in place, match-drill the holes in the skin into the fiberglass.
The line drawn on the right (aft) side of the fairing is what has to be trimmed in order for the elevator counterweight arm to clear the fairing material. It took a few iterations to get this cut down correctly, but eventually it looked good.

A Mexican Federal Police officer stands guard at the Jose Vasconselos school in Ciudad Victoria, Mexico on July 4, 2010. Elections in nearly half of the states of Mexico were preceded by an unprecedented series of political assassinations attributed to the Mafia. These crimes of violence have become the centerpiece of the campaign for an election to be elected in Congress in 14 states, governors and mayors in 12 towns in 1500. The killing on Monday of Rodolfo Torre, favorite candidate for governor of Tamaulipas (northeast), is the strongest eruption of violence in a campaign in Mexico since 1994, when a gunman killed the ruling party presidential candidate Luis Donaldo Colosio.
