Habitat NYC Welcomes Families Who Had Been Displaced by Superstorm Sandy Home for the Holidays

Friends and supporters of Shane, Sarah and Josh joined together to send love and light to Shane, Sarah and Josh in Tehran, which hopefully provided a source of strength for them in their detention. These are the photos from the one held in Washington, DC, on December 22, 2009, in hopes of bringing the hikers home for the holidays.

...minus the cheese fries. I did show SOME restraint. ;-) Beef Hot Dog with EVERYTHING & Root Beer. I miss Chicago. My diet does not. ;-) EVERYTHING = mustard, relish, freshly chopped onions, sliced red ripe tomatoes, kosher pickle and sport peppers piled onto a perfectly steamed poppy seed bun.
