"I was trying to salvage an old remote control and develop a push-pull prop system for an aircraft. It ended up too heavy and inefficient for that although I may be able to salvage the idea for an underwater propulsion system. These are mostly my iterations from not taking measurements correctly, not accounting for clearance tolerances, trying to make walls thinner, the prop blades ended up being the mirror of what they were supposed to be, etc. The 3D printing was taking about 30 minutes each for the motor housing, housing coupler, and props. I learned a lot from each iteration, so it wasn't a waste. FYI." - Ted
"For those looking to hack their multicopters, I'll be demonstrating how to setup a PX4-based open source autopilot on a quadcopter. I'll walk through the basic hardware configuration, using qgroundcontrol to install the latest stable firmware, calibrating your sensors. If you have a #PX4FMU or #Pixhawk, feel free to bring it and follow along." -Todd Stellanova, Droneflow
