This is another photo that I have been thinking of taking for a long while. I have seen a photo of this somewhere on the web or in print before maybe as a diptych.

 

I'm a big fan of hand lettering and I have passed this many times before so today was the day.

I did a lot of chest-clutching about the hand lettering. On our last day in the country, Kenya's mum helped me hire a guy to paint a sign for me. It says, "today!"

For my I-Search cover this year, I used the hand lettering technique we learned in Digital Imaging to create it. My I-Search was on dentistry so I called it Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mouth. This was my favorite image that I made this year because it turned out exactly how I wanted it to.
