My articles in Huffington Post about Street Photography in Stockholm.
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Half Moon Bay, CA. Located about 30 minutes south of San Francisco, Half Moon Bay is a coastal town overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The typical temperature is in the 60's for highs and 50's for lows each day. A wonderful reprieve from 90 degree weather with high humidity in Tennessee. This sunset view was taken at the 18th hole at the Ritz Carlton. (Edited in Lightroom, Photoshop and Topaz)
There are over 40 different varieties of mustard plants, but three are the most popular for culinary use; black, brown, and white mustard seeds typically go into recipes and making mustard. All three varieties are found in the U.S. as well as other parts of the world.
Mustard is the second most-used spice in the United States, as its usage is only exceeded by the peppercorn. And it's no wonder since mustard works well with all types of meats, pork, poultry, and seafood. You may be used to standard yellow prepared mustard, but there are other wonderful varieties of seeds and prepared mustards to experiment with.
If you live in the Bay Area, go soon, many fields were already harvested.

I visited the lovely town of Quedlinburg in the Harz Mountains last autumn. After I had finished my much to short exploration I was on my way back to my car. When I came around the corner of a house, I had to interrupt my walk spontaneously as I saw that view. Without the uprising moon on that perfect spot I probably woudn't have even noticed that unremarkable road. It would have been a pity.
