Economy Candy was just a typical corner canndy store when opened in 1937. Today, owned by second generation Jerry Cohen and his family, the "Nosher's Paradise of the Lower East Side" offers floor-to-ceiling shelves of candy--from high end stuff to tough to find European brands to old fashioned favorites.
Entervending also has developed a unique, interactive bulk vending machine named Twister.
It has a powdered metal body with an attractive bright appearance in motor race style and is operated by using a steering wheel. The machine has capacity for 1500 of 27 mm bouncy balls and reliable chromed coin mechanism.
Twister's HWD are 53,15x15,75x12,2 INCHES, its weight is 79.2 Lbs.

When I was a kid I loved these machines, as the gumballs sold here, were the best for bubblegum bubbles. Unfortunately, my parents neither liked bubblegum nor these vending machines...
Though chewing gum is still popular, these vending machines are only rarely seen meanwhile. I was surprised to find a couple of them in Berlin.
Abroad in London's spurious, got-up-for-tourists "Chinatown" towards the end of last summer. Film developed 6th September, probably within a day or two of being exposed. Eschewing A-Z and consulting instead the aesthetically superior Philip's Street Atlas, I think this must have been the corner of Gerrard Street and Macclesfield Street.
Vending machines of the type seen here were, in my day, used exclusively for the sale of a particular spherical variety of bubble gum, not otherwise obtainable. They usually stood singly on pedestals outside suburban newsagents' shops, often in association with wall -mounted YZ or Beech Nut chewing gum machines. Massed formations of the type seen here were unknown outside seaside resorts. I did not make a close examination, but it appears that other wares are now dispensed.
I got this in 2004. It was a gift for my five-year anniversary as an employee of Yahoo! Inc. I worked there from 1999 to 2007. This is the first time I've ever filled it up!

But the village still has this vending machine, offering bubblegums to the kids.

When I was a kid I loved these machines, as the gumballs sold here, were the very best for bubblegum bubbles. Unfortunately my parents neither liked bubblegum nor these vending machines...
Though chewing gum is still popular, these vending machines are only rarely seen meanwhile. They should be on the "Red List of Threatened Dream Machines", in case this list does exist already.
