These two recently ended up on my desk together and hit it off right away...

“That's who you belong with. He's one of your kind. I'll see you again. I promise.”

From the Season 2 finale of The Mandalorian, here’s the last scene of Luke Skywalker’s rescue! I built this creation for the @themandaloriancollab on Instagram, and I had a blast building it. Be sure to check out all the other parts of the collab!

Mando hands Grogu over to Luke Skywalker, completing the journey to return Grogu to his kind. I loved following along to The Mandalorian’s story when the show was airing, and I can’t wait to see where it goes in the future! Thanks for looking, and may the Force be with you!

Jetzt stehen wir auch unter einem Zweig

Dear community,

it is friday and time again to present to you my newest MOC. The creation is a small vignette which shows a part of the plot from chapter 13: THE JEDI.

!!!ATTENTION: MASSIVE SPOILERS!!!

Here is the background story:

Din Djarin prepares for landing as the Razor Crest exits hyperspace and arrives at Corvus. Half of the planet appears to be green and forested while the other half appears to covered in darkness with red scars. Djarin arrives at the city gate with the Child hidden under his cloak. The gunslinger Lang recognizes him as a Mandalorian hunter and allows him to enter the city after Djarin confirms that he is associated with the Bounty Hunter's Guild.

The Magistrate tells Djarin to come forward, asking if he is a Mandalorian. After confirming he is one, the Magistrate tells him that she wants him to kill a Jedi who is plaguing them. When Djarin responds that this is a difficult task, the Magistrate attempts to exploit the historical animosity between the Mandalorians and the Jedi. Djarin replies that his price is high.

Later Lang leads Djarin and the Child out of the city gate. Noticing the Child huddled in the Mandalorian's pouch, he asks about the creature. Djarin responds that he keeps it for luck. Lang quips that the Mandalorian is going to need plenty of luck where he is headed.

Djarin journeys deep into the woods in search for Tano, using the coordinates provided by the Magistrate. While examining the trails through his helmet visor, he tells the Child to keep his eyes open. He places the Child on a rock and looks around with his rifle scope upon hearing a snapping sound, then deciding that it was a false alarm after seeing the indigenous beasts afar.

Just then, Djarin is ambushed from behind by a lightsaber–wielding Tano. Djarin blocks the lightsaber strikes with his Mandalorian vambraces and forces Ahsoka to fall back by unleashing his wrist-mounted flamethrowers, burning her cloak. Djarin manages to trap her with his fibercord whips. However, Tano escapes by utilising a force jump, flinging Djarin midair using a branch as a pulley and forces him to detach the wire, freeing herself. Djarin lands onto the ground and draws his blaster. Before the fight can begin in earnest however, He informs Tano that he was sent by Bo-Katan Kryze, effectively ending the brief duel.

Seeing the Child, Tano says she hopes that it is about the Child. She appears to be both surprised and delighted.

Hopefully you enjoyed chapter 13 as I did and you like that small creation too, so please let me know your opinion about the chapter and the build as too in the commenst below.

Greetings Kevin

Here is a MOC SHOWCASE video on my YouTube channel, please have a look:

I instantly fell in love with Mando's customized N-1 starfighter after watching the Book of Boba Fett so I rebuilt my original Naboo N-1 starfighter MOC.

My favorite features of this build:

1. The core design is the same as my original yellow version.

2. It can fit the Mandalorian with his jetpack on in the cockpit, and Grogu can fit on his laps. (I gave up putting Grogu in the dome because I want to use the same design as the yellow version.)

3. The body of an astromech droid can fit in the belly of the ship.

I am building it in real life but some of the pieces are not available in this color yet but hopefully they will be available soon.

"The imperial shuttle arrives on an icy planet to pick up the ground troops."

Darth Vader and his special snowtroopers lead an attack on the rebel base on Hoth!

"The latest generation of cold weather assault Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers wear advanced insulated armor and helmets that reduce the glare of icy terrain."

―Star Wars: The Black Series

I like this pic better than the others.

―Din Djarin and IG-11

IG-11, also known as Eyegee-Eleven or simply as IG or Eyegee, was a masculine-programmed IG-series assassin droid who was a bounty hunter during the New Republic Era. IG-11 was programmed to follow protocols of the Bounty Hunters' Guild, and had a built-in self-destruct mechanism to prevent himself from being captured while working as a hired gun.

Around 9 ABY, IG-11 took on a bounty that involved killing Grogu, a Force-sensitive infant that was held in a encampment on the desert world Arvala-7. During the assignment, the droid teamed up with the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin, and the two worked together to eliminate the Nikto mercenaries in the encampment and confront Grogu. Upon seeing the infant, IG-11 was destroyed by Djarin while the droid attempted to kill him.

The Ugnaught Kuiil later retrieved the droid's body from the encampment and repaired and re-programmed him in order to assist the retired vapor farmer. Now tasked with protecting Grogu, he accompanied Djarin and his allies to the planet Nevarro after meeting them in Kuiil's moisture farm. Following the death of his new master, he assisted them after they were pinned down by Imperial forces and helped them escape. IG-11 later sacrificed himself via self-destruction in order to kill a platoon of stormtroopers to prevent Grogu from being captured. After his sacrifice, a statue of the droid was erected in Nevarro's city.

I've reworked and recoloured my midi Naboo N-1 for Mando, instructions are on Rebrickable soon...

This N-1 is 28cm long, slightly longer than its yellow counterpart. This was to accomodate the frame-tail but I think the proportions look a bit better. There's plenty of detail but I've gone for strenth over accuracy, it should withstand a good swoosh, but most importantly Grogu will fit in the back. Who didn't see that coming?!

not sure this fits the criteria, but this is my attempt at #tp_minimalism a toyphotographers.com challenge.

The planet of Hoth looked like a pale blue orb due to its dense snow and ice covering. Five planets existed between Hoth and its sun, while an asteroid belt surrounded the planet with meteors occasionally striking the surface. Most of its surface was covered with glaciers and frozen ice plains. Another third of the planet was covered by oceans.

The temperature, although always frigid, was known to drop to -60°C come nightfall. Although devoid of intelligent life, Hoth was home to fifteen species of large gray snow lizards called tauntauns and to a species of towering predators known as wampas.

The planet also had a number of "crystalline geysers."

I know many of you would like to have the instruction of IG-12. Just wait me one or two days, will let you know when it is ready!

I also heard some of the comments that the IG-12 is a bit too large for minifigure size.

However, have you ever think that the minifigure size is too small for Grogu’s (Actually, I like to call Bady Yoda more) figure?

Protect younger one is the highest honor of Mandalorian. Guys! Make the figures for Grogu! Not the other way round!

This is the way!

The K79-S80 Imperial Troop Transport (ITT), also known as the RTT or Recon transport, was a boxy repulsorlift ground assault vehicle used by the Galactic Empire. Developed by Ubrikkian Industries, it was used to either move Imperial stormtroopers in, or to move prisoners out. Despite not being designed for combat, the Imperial Troop Transport was fitted with two forward laser guns, and one dorsal twin laser turret.

This is the way !

"Welcome to Yavin 4....There are cells gathered here from every corner of the galaxy."

―Rebel Captain Garazeb Orrelios

Yavin 4, also known as Yavin, was the jungle-covered fourth moon in orbit around the red gas giant Yavin Prime.

Prior to and during the Galactic Civil War, it hosted the headquarters of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a group of resistance fighters that opposed the dominant Galactic Empire.

Following a major battle that took place around Yavin, the Alliance went on the run, and eventually relocated its headquarters to Hoth.

The surface of Yavin 4 was divided into several continental masses, two of which were Starloft and Wetyin. Notable natural formations included Massassi Valley, Skygazer Hill, and the Ferra Groves. The verdant world had a comfortable, temperate climate but a challenging ecosystem and dangerous predators.

The moon's landmasses were covered by dense jungles and rain forests whose flora included purple-barked Massassi trees, grenade fungi, bioluminescent orchids, and climbing ferns. Yavin 4 also had swampy areas.

The moon, however, was completely lacking in any mineral resources of significance.

Back when I built my first Darksaber in 2017, it had yet to make any appearance in live action. When it debuted in The Mandalorian, the hilt underwent some significant design changes from its animated counterpart. With season 3 about to debut, I finally decided it was time to build a more screen-accurate version!

The main goal of this version was to capture a more rounded shape, more accurate hilt detailing and texture, and to have a blade that could be removed without too much dismantling. Just like my previous version, this one can handle some mild swinging, and it is sturdy despite the blade being only one stud thick! I also wanted to make the stand look a little nicer and stronger, unlike the previous stand that I had slapped together at the last minute. Like always, this build was designed digitally using tools like BrickLink Studio.

This is the first MOC that I’ve built or posted in about 4 1/2 years. In that time away, I finished a degree, moved to another state, and had to leave most of my LEGO behind in storage. Between that and the pandemic, my motivation and energy to build MOCs had been very low. I’m very happy to have finally completed a new project, and hopefully there will be many more to come!

Hope you all had a great Christmas yesterday despite the unprecedented challenges of this year. Wishing you all happy holidays and a much better 2021. 🎅🎄🎁⛄️❄️🌟

Backdrop is actually from the Biltmore Mansion here in western NC, which is only about 15 minutes from where I live! Kind of sad that I've actually only been inside once during my 5+ years of living here lol

Scene after the fall of the empire and the "death" of Emperor Palpatine at the hand of Darth Vader. Luke returns with his sister Leia to the galactic center for the creation of a new senate on the planet Chandrila.

"Take the foundling to the city of Calodan on the forest planet of Corvus...

There you will find Ahsoka Tano"

I’m really proud of this figure. I definitely think she's among the best I have ever made. It was a tremendous amount of on/off effort over the past year, but definitely worth it for Ahsoka’s live action debut. Even if it’s nearly a full year later!

Originally wanted Anakin’s force ghost in here to celebrate his return during the upcoming Ahsoka series but it was too much 👻

The Mandalorian S2 customs are all finally complete now. Gearing up for the showcase video now! Can’t wait to go more in-depth and show these figures in full.

More previews to come! I’d love to hear what you guys think so far.

Ion Cannon Bunker

The Ion Cannon Bunker is a raised structure in the centre of a snow filled field. At the side there is a crashed Gunship, and trenches which provides great cover for attackers.

There are two sets of stairs which act as entrances and exits, but the windows can be climbed through.

The command post can also be taken from the roof making it very hard to defend. By heading to the large opening you will be lead to the Ion Cannon Hangar, and by entering the small corridor you will find the Control Room.

Tauntauns (pronounced /ˈtɔːn-tɔːn/) were a species of non-sentient reptomammals native to the snowy plains of Hoth. They were used by members of the Rebel Alliance after they domesticated some of them when they built their new headquarters on Hoth. Jabba Desilijic Tiure kept a stuffed tauntaun head in his palace beside Han Solo, who was at the time frozen in carbonite.
