great to be back here :) After 5 months nothing to do with bricks and building I'm proudly announce to be back in business. Like every time disney release something new from Mando and Grogu my building motivation increased from 0 to 100. Almost a half year my building motivation and inspiration didn't excist so it was very quiet on my social media.
But for now I want to start with this creation a new building series: Season 3 vignettes from the disney+ series THE MANDALORIAN.
Starting with a small scene on Nevarro from the first chapter: My goal was to catch the new look of that beautiful city and I hope I got it. Here is a small summary of the scene.

Djarin flies the N-1 starfighter to Nevarro where he is greeted by air traffic control. He tells them that he has come to visit an "old friend." Djarin walks through the streets of Nevarro City while Grogu rides in his repulsorlift cradle. Djarin notices that the streets are cleaner and safer. Droids and beings of different species roam through the streets. Kowakian monkey-lizards watch from trees.
As the two pass a statue of IG-11, Djarin reminds Grogu of his old droid friend. Djarin greets Greef Karga, who has become Nevarro's new High Magistrate. Inside his office, Karga tells Djarin that Nevarro has become an official trade spur of the Hydian Way. Karga also tells him that Nevarro has been undergoing a construction boom due to mining in the system's asteroid field. Karga offers Djarin and Grogu a parcel of land to settle in the outskirts of the city.

Baby Benny & Baby Grogu got together to build a baby snowman this week! (I can dream of snow - all we're getting in my neighborhood is rain! Of course it is the Willamette Valley & January.... 😕
The Mandalorian figure from Mafex and Grogu figure from SH Figuarts, captured on location in the Corralejo desert of Fuerteventura with a 2x anamorphic lens combined with a 100mm macro lens.
Mirth has a plan since she can't pull the Razocrest Microfighter....
However she has to keep an eye on Grogu who would eat her frog in a second flat.

I'm very excited to present to you after 4 long months of not building a new creation. This time I choose a scene from season 2 of the disney+ series STAR WARS THE MANDALORIAN again, and I think it is a badass Boba Fett scene :D
Here is the describtion of what happens in this scene:
Slave I arrives at a planet dotted with large refineries, and lands among a number of parked starships, including a Gauntlet fighter. In a nearby cantina, a hush falls as Djarin and Boba Fett enter and cross the room to approach Bo-Katan Kryze and Koska Reeves. Djarin tells Kryze he needs their help, and she replies that not all Mandalorians are bounty hunters, and that some of them serve a higher purpose. Djarin tells her that Moff Gideon has taken the Child, and she says they'll never find him. Fett tells Djarin they don't need these two, and that they should leave. Kryze says to Fett that he is not a Mandalorian, to which he responds he never said he was. Fett and Reeves begin to argue, but Kryze tells them to "save it for the Imps."

I hope you like my one photo-creation and I tried to catch the atmosphere of that fight between Fett and Reeves as good as possible.
It is a pleasure to build again and to have time for showing new stuff.

Grogu and his newly adopted mother went out for a ride on her ship exploring the galaxy. Years after the explosion of the Death Star there is still remains of it.
I've been re-watching The Mandalorian as I’ve been building lately and I was reminded of a few photos I took for Blocks Magazine Issue 72 back in 2020 that I never posted online before.
Here’s the iconic scene from the first episode of The Mandalorian when the two come to face to face for the first time. Remember how shocked (and confused) we all where at this scene?
The All Terrain Armored Transport (AT-AT) was a four-legged combat walker used by the ground forces of the Galactic Empire, and the First Order. With the Imperial-class Star Destroyer, stormtroopers and the TIE fighter, it was one of the most famous symbols of the Empire's military might.

My 2nd Covid-19 vaccination is done. I got a little bit fever after that, but I’m doing good now. They gave me a pin-back button this time. So I was playing with it. While I was taking the picture, my cat came in and gave me a perfect look!
I instantly fell in love with Mando's customized N-1 starfighter after watching the Book of Boba Fett so I rebuilt my original Naboo N-1 starfighter MOC.
My favorite features of this build:
1. The core design is the same as my original yellow version.
2. It can fit the Mandalorian with his jetpack on in the cockpit, and Grogu can fit on his laps. (I gave up putting Grogu in the dome because I want to use the same design as the yellow version.)
3. The body of an astromech droid can fit in the belly of the ship.
I am building it in real life but some of the pieces are not available in this color yet but hopefully they will be available soon.
So there is a subtle ambiguity here, that might be visible only to me. Is the mess from Grogu or some time with Bo-Katan? Both options might cause you to reminisce about the time before kids.
Adult Jedi, with baby Jedi (coincidentally, we had just binge-watched "The Mandalorian" on Disney+ great Star Wars-themed show and the real star was that cute little Jedi, named Grogu)

The Black Falcons are building settlements closer and closer to the forest, depleting resources and creating a threat for the creatures of the forest.
Representatives of the people of the forest have met in Rivendell and decided to put together a brave group that will have to deal with the Black Falcons.
Four hobbits, two humans, an elf and a dwarf are leaving Rivendell behind for a new adventure, along the way they will meet friendly animals of the forest and a little wise Grogu.
