Here is my 1436 piece, 36cm long, proportionally accurate (hopefully, for the most part) Razor Crest.

I used Hasbro’s super detailed Haslab Razor Crest model as a reference to try and create a moc as accurate as possible and I’m quite pleased with how it’s come out.

I also designed an angled stand for it that slots in and out of the underside of the ship and it comes with detachable landing gear, fully functional side and rear doors and… a tiny little Mando and Grogu waiting inside.

Of course I’ve been waiting to make Luke from The Mandalorian S2 ever since Chapter 16 last Christmas! Saved him for last though since he’s definitely still one of the simpler minifigures to make out of everyone else in the showcase lineup. Managed to finish him in under a week of on/off work too. Sculpted hairpiece (already posted to Patreon 👀) will be featured in future edits and during the showcase coming up on my channel!

Let me know what you guys think of Plo Koon! Pretty much on the home stretch for the Mandalorian S2 project now! Feels like I’ve been working on these customs my entire life

Painted for my step-brother in maybe 15 minutes.

While the Mandalorian is on a mission and has to cross a forest with an ominous atmosphere, Grogu is once again thinking only of the potential food around him.

"Affirmative, AT-ST support is on the way."

―An Imperial technician

The All Terrain Scout Transport (AT-ST), also known as a Scout Transport, Scout Walker, or derisively as a chicken walker, was a lightweight, bipedal walker used by the ground forces of the Galactic Empire. Later, the First Order used an updated variant of the AT-ST within their military.

Almost one month of work and around 5400 bricks later the iconic spaceship of Mando stands on my building table and I have to admit... this thing is huge and very impressive.

Basically it is modification of richboyjhaes's version because I really like his design. It was important for me to change some things to get an "own" version of that ship. I have changed the following things:

- cockpit design

- the colour of the stripes (tan instead of yellow)

- the front gun design

- the top of the ship is less study

At this point i want to thank @richboyjhae for his building instructions, great piece of an creation and the instructions are very well done.

After finishing the ship I have to create the planet surface of Tython. This will be a lot of fun building an authentic vegetation with battle scenes between the bounty hunter Boba Fett, Fennec, Mando and a lot of stormtroopers.

I'm really looking forward for the New Mando figs which are included im the new summer wave of official LEGO Star Wars sets.

Hopefully you like my razor crest version, please let me know in the comments below. Stay tuned for the next updates and building steps.

Greetings Kevin

The Oil People - Grogu's Mission

.

.

.

When Luke went on his first vacation after taking care of Grogu, the baby had to find something valuable to do. When he was strolling around Mos Eisley, he found a note from a Tusken Raider, asking for help to change their way of life. They were tired of being nomads and wanted a place higher up in the hierarchy of Tatooine. They had heard rumours of oil findings in the desert near the Mos Espa Grand Arena and wanted help to excavate. Grogu felt sorry for this poor lifeforms and used his force powers to find the crude oil. After a few days of searching, he was sure they'd found the right spot. Watch out for the beam though!

Din Djarin speeds across the Tatooine Desert.

I instantly fell in love with Mando's customized N-1 starfighter after watching the Book of Boba Fett so I rebuilt my original Naboo N-1 starfighter MOC.

My favorite features of this build:

1. The core design is the same as my original yellow version.

2. It can fit the Mandalorian with his jetpack on in the cockpit, and Grogu can fit on his laps. (I gave up putting Grogu in the dome because I want to use the same design as the yellow version.)

3. The body of an astromech droid can fit in the belly of the ship.

I am building it in real life but some of the pieces are not available in this color yet but hopefully they will be available soon.

"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."

―Princess Leia Organa in a hologram message.

The Rescue of Princess Leia was a mission to rescue Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan during the Galactic Civil War. The rescue followed a battle on Tatooine, after which the Millennium Falcon made its way to Alderaan so Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, and R2-D2 could deliver stolen Death Star plans to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. En route to Alderaan, however, the Galactic Empire destroyed the planet. The Millennium Falcon was captured by the Death Star while in the remains of Alderaan, leading the ship's crew, Han Solo and Chewbacca, to hide with their passengers.

In order to escape, Solo and Skywalker posed as stormtroopers, allowing the group to make their way to a hiding place within the Death Star. After Kenobi left the group to shut down the station's tractor beam, R2-D2 discovered that Princess Leia, who had provided the droid with the Death Star plans, was aboard the station, being held within Detention Block AA-23. The group decided to rescue the princess and made their way to the detention center, with Chewbacca in binders as their "prisoner." They "rescued" Organa, but were subsequently protected by the clearly capable princess, and fought their way throughout the station and back to the Millennium Falcon, while Kenobi successfully disabled the tractor beam.

Kenobi soon came face to face with Darth Vader, who had been his apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, before falling to the dark side and becoming a Dark Lord of the Sith. The two faced off in one final lightsaber duel, their first encounter since their duel on Mustafar nineteen years prior. Kenobi sacrificed himself to give Skywalker and the others a chance to escape, and achieved eternal consciousness after his death. The Millennium Falcon was able to flee the station and was pursued by a group of TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, which the crew managed to destroy. The Empire was tracking the Falcon, however, and followed it to Yavin 4, leading to the Battle of Yavin and the destruction of the Death Star.

What happens when you find out the new closer (and one of the most magnetic and animated players in the game) for your life-long favorite team builds LEGO as an outlet?

Liam Hendriks joined an already stellar White Sox team this year to take on the closer role. He has been lights out for the Sox and leads the American League in saves. One of the best parts about his game is the energy and enthusiasm he brings, particularly with his signature fist pump and guttural yawl after recording the final out. In a recent interview he revealed his passion for brick building as a way to unwind - he’s been working on one new set each homestand including Grogu, both Friends sets and the Star Wars helmet series. When I found out he was a LEGO fan, I knew this celebration needed to be immortalized in the medium.

The build began with his head, trying to capture that fierce expression. I went through several iterations, but finally decided on using the small barb/claw elements for the eyes. Getting as much detail as possible on the jersey was also very important. I went with 3 stud high letters on the back of the jersey, but the numbers on the front and the “Sox” lettering was tricky. The 1x1 white plate with square pattern from Ninjago City proved to be the perfect element. The entire figure is secured to the base by a 2x10 white plate that runs through the leg and into the grass.

Can't you just hear Peter Quil saying something like this to the Mandalorian? Then again, I dunno if he would call Grogu a gremlin. According to the internet, Peter was on Earth until 1988 so there is a good chance he saw both Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. He might have actually called Grogu baby Yoda like the rest of us :)
