quick shot on the dashboard before digging in...flavors for this waffle cup, green tea, maple walnut, coffee and raspberry sorbet.
Regular green tea is 99.9% water, provides 1 kcal per 100 mL serving, is devoid of significant nutrient content (table), and contains phytochemicals such as polyphenols and caffeine.
Numerous claims have been made for the health benefits of green tea, but human clinical research has not found good evidence of benefit. In 2011, a panel of scientists published a report on the claims for health effects at the request of the European Commission: in general they found that the claims made for green tea were not supported by sufficient scientific evidence. Although green tea may enhance mental alertness due to its caffeine content, there is only weak, inconclusive evidence that regular consumption of green tea affects the risk of cancer or cardiovascular diseases, and there is no evidence that it benefits weight loss.

I like to approach my photography like I did layouts. That is, draw out and picture how I want the shot should look like before I even take it. That's what this is. But the thing is that it didn't come out how I originally pictured it :x I wanted to give the shot a sort of spring-ish feel to it, like, airy and bright.
Not to say that this is a bad shot (though I'm still ambivalent about it), but.. it's that I don't know how to make things look spring-ish..

The reason I had a photo of green tea in mind is that during this year I drank a lot of it. Well, specifically, I drank genmai tea, which is green tea mixed with brown rice. It's mellow and a great study drink.
This is a teaspoon filled with flavored green tea blend with a ceramic tea cup on the background. Fresh cranberries, sweet raspberries, beautiful rose buds harmonize wonderfully with Sencha( Japanese green tea) base.

I took this shot on the same day as I went to Lal Bagh and was more compelled to upload a Lal bagh snap as below.
Nevertheless so difficult to chose the photo for day. I used Green iced tea premix in normal water here to give it a hot tea effect. The small chocolate tarts were yum.
