Game of Thrones - Bear and the Maiden Fair

Finally after 5 months of building and approximately 20.000 bricks my first GoT MOC is done!

I watched this episode over and over again to get a good reference of harrenhal and the bear pit. To spice up the scene i added more landscaping, custom minifigs and fun details than in the series, but i think it turned out great.

I used some cloth, leather, rope and custom stickers to make the Bolton minifigs/flags. The rest of the minifigs & accessories i got from Nicebricks, Brickwarriors and CapeMadness. The rest is all LEGO!

The Night King rides Viserion as the North prepares for battle.

The majestic Benbulben tabletop mountain overlooking Sligo in the west of Ireland. It really looks like it should be a location for Game of Thrones.

just started to watch the referred to cultural phenomenon. addictive and completely emotionally manipulative. no offense to royalists, but i don't get bloodlines.

I don't watch Game of Thrones, so I don't know much about it, except that it's medieval fantasy, people keep fighting for what appears to be an uncomfortable looking throne made of swords, people die alot, there was alot of nudity, it progressively got worse (and the last episode didn't do well), and South Park made a parody of it for Black Friday, yet I like how this guy looks so I decided to make him. I used a Ninjago Ice Warrior guy as the base for the head, I didn't want to do too much detail on his shoulderpads so they're just a simple sculpt over those British pads, I absolutely adore the rest of his detail in general, even his weapon. I might end up making some of the other characters from the show too, just for the fun of it.

🌊 Alyn Velaryon 🌊

Alyn was walking along the dirt roads of Summerhall, talking with Gydeon, his guard. While laughing and explaining something, his laughter stopped when he heard a familiar voice. When he turned his head towards the sound, he saw his father. Not only his father, but also his mother and uncle were there. Even though he couldn't see them at the Banquet yesterday, seeing his family together made his face smile even more.

His words came out audibly as he was approaching them. "So the family gathers together and Alyn is not notified. Is that it?" He approached his family laughing. "..but you got caught." He said and put his hand on his father's back. He added, looking at his uncle. "Lord Celtigar, My dear uncle, I hope you are well." Then his purple hues looked his family one by one then said "My family.."

🌊 Alyn Velaryon 🌊

Even though Blade of the Sea joined Crown Banquet late, it was a nice and fun evening for him.

One more of Jaime, just because!

In light of the lovely pictures shared by players so far, we want to host something to keep the photographic vibes going!

During this weekend's events, the Hunts, the Joust, and the feast, we'd love to see your pictures of your character's taking part, be it actively fighting in the joust, or watching on with horror and amazement!

As such, we're going to run a contest to see who can take the best picture of their character at the event!

The rules are simple!

*You must take a picture at one of the events (we ask that you avoid using any poseballs, rezzing objects or anything like that that might impact the roleplay of those around you, but go nuts otherwise)

*Put it on your Flickr page & in the official Right of Conquest Group! You will also need to put as part of the description of the picture 'RoC October Photo Contest' to enter your picture.

*Editing is allowed but fully AI generated is not welcome - photos must be actually taken in Second Life.

Once you have done that, the team will take a look at all of your amazing pictures, and vote on our top three favourites, who will each earn a prize!

We're really looking forward to seeing what you've got, so get thinking about those picture ideas!

Please note photos not in the group and/or not labeled correctly won’t count. Entrants must have approved characters and the photo /must/ be taken in SL on the Right of Conquest sim.

"Sandor. Thank you."

A superb scene between two of the greatest characters on Game of Thrones. Arya Stark and Sandor Clegane. Played perfectly by Maisie Williams and Rory McCann.

One of the incredible mountains near the Myrdalsjokull glacier. On the way up here we could see absolutely nothing as there was a whiteout. But it then in cleared a little, and I was able to capture this. They shot the Game of Thrones around here I understand.
