it was grim this morning. 66117 idles away ready to work 0M94 to Milford. 66206 is shut down with frost forming on the cab. Knottingley fitter goes about his business servicing a 66. unfortunately the hose is frozen.

Had a very pleasant walk on Sunday from Windermere to Staveley passing over Sour Howes & Sallows. Once above the low-lying mist we enjoyed bright sunshine. This shot was taking looking back towards Windermere. Not sure which works best B/W or colour What do you think?
