These are the remains of Black Eyed Susans in a frosty morning grove. A contrasting scene of the warm morning light and the shadowdy cold.
After being talked past a red signal at CP Gaines thanks to a track circuit south of there, CN L502 starts back up as it passes the Gaines Library, which used to serve at the Depot when the GTW ran things. It was not the most fun setting up in the snow, but the results are always worth it.
East face of the Matterhorn reflected in the Riffelsee lake, Switzerland.
Riffelsee is a lake above Zermatt below the Riffelhorn in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. At an elevation of 2757 m. The lake can be reached from the Rotenboden station (2819 m) of Gornergratbahn.
This is really a lovely walk from the station to the lake, although I really feel tired haha, the scenery and landscape are fantastic!

Since it has been down right hot the last few days I thought I would go with a cold them. The night I took this it was probably in the mid seventy's so she was baking under all those clothes while dancing.
What drew me to this image is she stepped up into the light from the floor lights which is why her face is all lit up.
Taken in our front yard while waiting for a hummingbird to come and visit. This awesome Texas sized Bumble Bee came to visit and help itself to some sweet nectar.
