Forgive me in this quick Downtown time lapse is the first one I do.
Akaso Brave 6 Plus model camera.
Why is it so hard?
Well, it's not universally and equally difficult. Some instances are definitely harder than others.
Forgiving people I don't trust or like is easier for example. Simply choose to forgive, erase the hurt, and avoid contact with that person - forever. Done!
When forgiving myself, that process is not an option. It's not possible to quit the friendship, get a divorce or simply walk away from myself.
We are stuck with ourselves regardless of hurt, disappointment, rage, or sense of futility.
So mastering the art of self appreciation, love, and forgiveness is critical. Right?
Just because it is difficult, does not mean it is not the right path.
A little bit at a time works for me. Case by case.
Today I forgive myself for how I acted the day this image was taken.
In NYC and all dolled up by incredible Adrian Acosta.
It was good day, that could have been great. I blew it!
Can't go back.
Time to move on.
That is one down and innumerable more to go. Sigh!
How about you?

because we have blood on our hands
peace will never be achieved by sending more bombs
my thoughts go to the people and visitors of Nice, and victims of this terrible act
my fear now is that this will lead to more fear and more bombs
I have a daughter on holiday outside Marseille. I was happy to hear that they are all well this morning.
I feel sorry for the families getting the sad message about their loved ones...my feelings are with them.
Thank you Senna
I had so many things to upload, but now, I am in England, away from my typewriter.
I'll be home in seven months. Soon. Soon. Soon.
I'll be back with photographs of my adventures, and I will upload more poetry and such.

Dear Lord, please forgive me as I have been unfaithful to loving camera gear. I didn't stay with it through better or worse, and instead wandered to greener pastures. Actually, I just wanted a full frame :) This thing is huge next to the K-5 (I ended up returning my K-5, despite superb image quality).
They know not what they do...

Forgive me, just one more image showing the performance of the Nikon Z9 in combination with the 800mm lens. This was taken from the window of my Dodge Ram 2500.
The day was extremely windy with the bird barely able to hang on to the branch it was perched on (as you can see from the movement of its one foot, and the angle of his tail) with wind gusts hitting 70km per hour. Temperature were just above freezing.
Distance to subject (the camera lens will display that) was about 10 meters. ISO was set at 2500, lens at F9, Shutter speed was 1/200th second.
Nikon did well!
