My beloved grandmother ( last alive grandparent ) passed away yesterday (27th August 2012) around 2.40 pm.

I think some of us are afraid to forgive for fear that the person or thing that hurt us will do it again. But by holding on to the offense, we continue to be hurt over and over again. The longer we hold it, the more it hurts...us.
Forgiveness is an act of the will, a choice, that we can exercise whenever we choose. You may get hurt again in the same way, you may not; however, one things for certain...if you keep holding on to that thing (whatever it is), you will certainly keep hurting. Over and over again.
Forgive...for you!
... is keeping some key doors and secret windows still opened to the other. We know some entrances are closed when we can't forgive ourselves.
Pride can destroy almost any bridge.

Yes, it's time.
High time.
In a few days, I will be moving on to a next stage in my life.
I currently am in this kind of transitive moment when you are both eager to discover new things, and nostalgic towards the past.
About three years ago, I collected pain, anger and disappointment, and locked them deep down in my heart.
So much so that I swear I forgot about Them. I swear I forgot about You. Maybe about me.
Now it's time, high time to forgive Them. To forgive You. & I.
I am glad I am finally able to look back at those times with a grateful smile through the tears.
I know that some of my beloved, important people are undergoing hard times at the moment for many reasons. With that photograph simply taken in the street, I want them to remember I do hold them to the closest in my heart and firmly believe in them. Whatever happens.
