Joey and I walked around our neighborhood looking at houses we can't afford. Even during this housing "crisis," the median house price in San Jose is still about $400,000. Fan-freaking-tastic!
These were some pretty flowers in one of the yards. It was near what I have dubbed the Shakespeare House, because it looks like the house he grew up in. And yes, I DO know what his house looked like ... because I am teaching "Romeo & Juliet" right now. It's so fun. Seriously. I can't believe I'll (eventually) get paid for this.
The Contessa is one of Dracula's Brides. I love her curly hair although I imagine I'll be redoing it before too long. Curls are pretty but they get messy so quickly.
When we decided to get married in TWO WEEKS, I was originally going to pay for fresh flowers but I got really into doing everything myself so I made my bouquet.
For my flowers, Cassidy's bouquet, ribbon to tie them and the pins I paid $50. I was prepared to pay a lot more but now for much less I have flowers I get to keep forever and ever.
