The Fora Lindbergh (Forum Lindbergh) in Parque México honours Charles Lindbergh.
Charles Lindbergh crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a nonstop flight from New York to Paris 20 May, 1927. He visited Mexico City on December 14, 1927 to be celebrated for the feat.
The Government of Mexico City honoured Lindbergh by giving his name to the forum of the recently completed work in the Hipódromo neighbourhood.
Foro Lindbergh was built in 1927 by the architect Leonardo Noriega and engineer Javier Francisco Stávoli Llamas in an art deco style.
The forum was restored in 2013-2015 and in 2023 following political vandalism.

Tras la carrera ciclista femenina que hubo el día de ayer, Autocorb suprimió varias expediciones en todas sus líneas, en este caso, vemos una Shaula Urban, apodada como LWW, recién llegada de hacer un servicio en la L2 (Corbera-Sant Andreu de la Barca) y que poco después iba a guardarse en la histórica cochera.

La "plaça de dins" és un dels racons estratègics de la vida social al centre d'Alcoi...com passa a totes les places del nostre pais, els xiquets són els que més la disfruten.

Aquest edifici amb un aire no gaire acollidor fou fins el 1981 l'hospital de Sant Bernabé de Berga (aquell any es traslladà al modern edifici actual fora la ciutat). En conec un que hi va neixer, aquí, just a poques desenes de la Plaça de Sant Pere... és logic, doncs, dir que porta la Patum al cor.
A la façana principal, a on hara hi ha la policia municipal, es troba un magnific mural sobre la Patum, i en el lateral, des de just el 2019 hi ha aquest altre, rememorant la feina dels miners i treballadors del textil per la historia de la comarca del Berguedà.

This rather sinister building is the former, old Berga hospital. It was located here from the middle ages till 1981. The new, modern one is located outside the town. A friend of mine was born here. Now a giant mural homages the history of textile workers & coal miners in the area.
Església de Sant Feliu de Girona.
Construïda fora de les muralles de la ciutat, es creu que es va edificar sobre l'església paleocristiana erigida en honor al màrtir que dóna nom al temple. Als segles VI i VII es va convertir en un important centre de peregrinació. Durant l'ocupació musulmana de Girona va fer funcions de catedral, ja que la seu gironina va ser convertida en mesquita. Desprès de l'ocupació franca, passa a dependre de la catedral. Va ser fortificada per protegir-la dels múltiples atacs que va patir en estar situada extramurs.
L'edifici actual és el resultat de la barreja de diferents estils arquitectònics. Originàriament es va dissenyar en època romànica i a aquest temps correspon el disseny de la planta i la capçalera. Té planta basilical amb tres naus separades per quatre arcs formers de mig punt a cada banda de la nau central.

Fue fortificada para protegerla de los múltiples ataques que sufrió al estar situada extramuros.
El edificio actual es el resultado de la mezcla de diferentes estilos arquitectónicos. Originariamente se diseñó en época románica y este tiempo corresponde el diseño de la planta y la cabecera. Tiene planta basilical con tres naves separadas por cuatro arcos formeros de medio punto a cada lado de la nave central.

Les tradicions poden estar bé si som capaços de fugir dels seus límits.
Molt més fàcil d'expressar en una dansa que en un escrit, però ho havia de dir.
