Day 9 Plank for 1 min in public - well since I'm super sick I'm not doing it in public but I have before so that counts right ;D

Day 10 - 20 Jump lunges - well Done but dizzy cause I'm sick - I hope I win something for all this crazy effort ;D

50 Air Squats - ouch ouch ouch but Done!!! :D

Day 6 - FasterWay smoothie and coffee poolside. We have a break in the rain and it's a lovely sunny December day so why not smoothies and coffee's by the pool :D I finally decided to use my Madonna Inn cup I got on our anniversary trip too :D

Day 5 - 30 Sit up with partner - Done!!!

Drink water and record how much - can we mark how many time you go to the restroom :O I used to love water what happened - when you get old you don't want to drink as much

UGHHHHH Done!!! My least favorite exercise other then surrender squats OMG those are the worst!!!
