Rachel does her stretches on the pontoon leading down to Barbate's beach, known as Hierbabuena. This amazing beach is situated between the sand dunes and luxuriant pine groves, and right beside the port of Barbate. It is amazing due to its views of the Breña Nature Park and the Barbate marshland, due to its tranquility, and all in all due to its unique beauty.

Because my notes are elsewhere, I can't be completely sure, but thanks to Panoramio and Google, I'm nearly certain this is Henan Hongli School, seen here: www.panoramio.com/photo/24201458
One of the oddest places we visited, Changyuan is home to a rather rich man with the name Hongli. If you look up Changyuan you'll see the school, hospital, grape fields, all bearing his name and all of which we visited. Listening to him speak, seeing his home, was one of the most complex moments I experienced. The school was enormous. We were each given a classroom where we sat in the middle of the room while the kids eagerly practiced their English, asking questions like, "Do you know Oprah?" and "Do you like Michael Jordan?" There was one lone soul in my classroom that asked me about the Iraq War and if I thought it was just. The class gasped at his boldness, the teachers attempted to brush it aside, but I told him "No, no I did not. And many in America do not either."
