I went to the Hair Clinic this afternoon, and Mary Clark set my hair. All the hairdressers wanted us to show them some LINE DANCING steps. HaHa! Like I can even do any!

Then I went to the Fitness Center and completed my 40 minutes of exercises. My trainer had me hold a 2 pound ball in each hand and touch on my thighs, my shoulders, and then raise over my head. It was a productive session. I am getting my feeling in my tummy area where I had the surgery back in June. I'm glad I'm doing these exercises.

When I got home, I tried on my Cowboy Boots! I wonder if I will be able to wear them next Tuesday evening for the Line Dancing class. We'll see. UPDATE: I will not be attending the Line Dancing class this next Tuesday. I had forgotten about an invitation to a Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner Tuesday at the same time as the class. I had better start practicing. Maybe the teacher will give me PRIVATE LESSONS. You think?

In addition, Jim had brought home some BBQ Chicken dinners that he'd bought for The Rock Church's Ignite Youth Ministry's fundraiser. It was so delicious; although, I'm sure it didn't help my weight any.

I couldn't decide whether to use the WEIGHT or CHICKEN Dinner for my daily self-portrait.
